Indeed, serving during the high season could be a tough challenge. We are sad to hear that you were even not satisfied by our staff that tried the best in the formed situation and offered you the possible maximum to create satisfaction despite your respectful decision to leave. As well, kindly notice that although the resort is indeed not located at the first line, we provide a free of charge shuttle service every half an hour that brings a guest to the beach in just a few minutes. We strongly hope you will consider visiting our resort once again at another season, so we have a chance to completely change your impression and let you enjoy your vacation. Please contact the resort to arrange a stay.
