Beautiful, historic building. Nicely renovated, very spacious. Staff was wonderful. My only issue was the mold/mildew growing in the caulking of the tub. It was very noticeable and could easily have been remedied with a few drops of bleach.

We made a reservation for 2 beds. Only received one. Carpets were old and dirty. TV set up ridiculous. You have to get soaked with cold water to turn on the shower. Only 2 bath towels. That does not work for women with long hair. Hotel smelled fishy and is in extreme need of an update.way overpriced for what we got.

Wow! This is a grand old hotel and so much of its history has been preserved! It is spectacular, unique, beautiful and so out-of-the-ordinary! We are so used to cookie cutter facilities. What a fresh stay to gay in such a slice of history! Wish more would follow this example. If you are staying in Syracuse, STAY HERE! We need to embrace these last vestiges of our grand past and support any effort to make it happen!

Our stay was very nice - the only issue was that I ordered breakfast to the room and it took longer than expected and almost delayed our check out. However, the woman taking care of us at the front desk was so amazing and understanding and did everything she good to make sure we could take our breakfast to go with us in the road. She was so lovely and we appreciated the service.
