Hotel 5min from the Airport Gatwick
Not bad. The room was a bit small, but enough for 1 night stay. The hostess was good. All day breakfast in the fridge - a good idea gave us a chance to have both the supper and the breakfast.

Attention : uniquement des chambres pour deux !
J'avais réservé pour trois, la chambre était pour deux. Cet hôtel n'a que des chanbres pour deux ! (Problème d'Hotels.com ?) Sinon, état de la chambre moyen (robinets défectueux), et équipement minimum (pas dr table, pas de chaise, alors l'espace le permettrait) NB : le concept Flexistay, c'est une grande cuisine en self service. On prépare son petit-déjeuner, et on fait la vaisselle. Possible aussi de se réchauffer un repas.

Fonctionnement original
Il y a un déjeuner pour toute heure de la journée. Il faut cependant se le faire soi-meme et nettoyer sa vaisselle. Des outils de cuisine, vaisselle, four, congélateur commun sont mis à la disposition des clients, donc il est possible de se faire à manger. Belles chambres confortable et peu de chambres, donc peu de gens et de bruit. Il y a très peu, voir aucun service à la clientèle, meme pour le check in ou check out. Tres pres de l'aéroport.

Excellent place to stay for short periods
The place is located fairly close to Gatwick airport so if you are travelling from there early or arriving late this is awesome. It has a kitchen where you can get coffee, juice and help yourself with a variety of jam, eggs, sausage, bacon,cereals and fruits for your breakfast; that is very convenient. The bed is a little uncomfortable, therefore I recommend not to stay longer than 2 nights.

Dirty rooms
The rooms are dirty and nobody cares when reported, the company refuse to give refunds, stains in carpets and rooms dusty cannot have a comfortable night sleep, I’ve stayed in about 7 different rooms in this hotel and only 1 being in a acceptable condition being clean it’s a disgrace

Dirty place
Room was filthy and dusty, carpet and curtains had stains in, if you moved the duvet it was like lots of dust comes off it, I couldn’t sleep room felt so dirty, and to top it off I couldn’t flush the toilet and bathroom smelt of waste, I’ve stayed in about 6 different rooms and only 1 being clean and ok, DISGUSTING place getting worse now I’ve noticed, whole place needs gutting and decorated made me feel uneasy. I took photos to show how bad it is.

Basic but great port in a storm
For the money, this was a great place to look after yourself. Full kitchen to use and some food included too.

More of a hostel than hotel. Staff were friendly and showed us the facilities before taking us to the room. Fridges were full and had everything you could want for breakfast. The room was small but clean though the there was only half a piture when we turned on the tv. Disappointed to see that the bathroom was across the hall rather than en suite and had quite a few cobwebs and spiders in it. There was an outside area which had cigarette butts all over the floor. Not sure we would stay again.

Good value, breakfast included.
Good for Airport, £11 taxi. Easy walk to town. Pubs and restaurants nearby. Room comfortable and reasonably spacious. Some notable noise from other guests especially macerating toilets. All day breakfast a great deal, plentiful and all very fresh. Front door a bit temperamental!

Avoid at all costs
Chose this place due to the proximity to Gatwick airport, I’d never stay again though! What a complete dive! From not receiving an email with the codes for self check in to the rude staff member who answered the door buzzer to the appalling condition of the room I’m glad I’ve left! The room itself was the worst thing. The carpet is stained beyond belief, the bathroom stinks of mould, the furniture is in need of repair and if you want any kind of good sleep think again as you can hear a mouse breathe the walls are so thin! Arrived mega early due to my flight time and couldn’t believe how much of an apparent inconvenience this caused. No staff til about 10 when a guy appeared who didn’t speak much English and dumped my suitcase in the ‘office’ (a cupboard). After finding absolutely nothing to do in Horley returning to the hotel I’m met with ‘yeah we’ll check in ain’t til 2’ - I mention I don’t have my codes or anything yet and I’m told they aren’t sent out til 5? What’s the point in check in being at 2 then?? The kitchen area is passable as is the communal lounge area but trying to sleep was impossible due to the arrival of guests who hadn’t (like me!) been sent any instructions on self check in. No answer at Oyo’s office - nothing! Spend the extra £30/£40 and get yourself a proper decent hotel!

We only stayed to get to the airport early in the morning. It was very convenient. Only a 10-minute bus ride, and the bus was frequent. The room and bathroom were clean. Getting into the property was a bit of a hassle but they emailed me how to get in and there was a person on intercom readily available for me to talk to. The breakfast was wonderful! They had a range of food and a kitchen to cook everything for yourself. Everything was labelled, so I had no problem finding the cutlery. You had to wash up yourself, but what do you expect? I had a wonderful stay and a wonderful breakfast. Would stay here again if I travel from Gatwick airport.

NOT RECOMMENDED! I got bitten....lots!
Beware! I got bitten during the night by BED BUGS! 19 bites and extremely itchy! I wasn’t willing to stay the other 3 nights. In the end, I had to find alternative, which meant extra expenses. I called hotel.com and they managed to get me a refund for 2 nights from the hotel. I think ought to have been refunded for all nights considering the night mare I went through!

This hotel is a walking distance ( approx. 35 minutes via a nice park and residential area) from Gatwick airport. It has a communal kitchen and a dinning area. It offers all-day breakfast (eggs, milk, juice, serial, bread). Very friendly and helpful staff on-site! However the hotel is very very basic (which was fine for 1 night between my flights).

No staff at arrival, though reservation literature proclaimed reception would be open till 10 PM. Room smell - disinfectant to the point of being obnoxious, had to debate between small or being cold with window open.

The property was great and only a 3-4minute train ride to Gatwick Airport. Lots of free food but people always seem to be messier people when stuff is free. If you are going to be a guest here don’t be a dick and clean up after yourself. Respect the awesome gesture of free food / laundry and if you are going to do laundry do 1 or 2 loads not 8 again don’t be a dick. The couple that are working the place are great and seem to always be busy working on something.

The property’s location is perfect. The units are good, though I didn’t like having to use the loo out in the hallway. The rooms could use some paint & decorating TLC but are comfortable. I do recommend the batteries in the remotes get checked.
