Petit déjeuner seulement indonésien, on s'attendait à plus de choix. Pour y aller si vous prenez le taxi dite plutôt que vous allez à pétrà university c'est juste devant et au moins là il ne vous ferons pas payé le parking de l'hôtel. Si tu es une femme et que tu veux aller à la piscine, prend tes habits avec toi parce que les pensionnaires de l'hôtel sont un peu trop curieux, c'est vraiment gênant

In university are, rooms are occupied by the student and they come and go throughout the day so the elevator is always busy. Lobby is not on ground level and the elevator to the ground level is separated to the one goes to your room. The cleaning staff is very polite and friendly

Tidak Ada yang mengesankan, dari awal proses check in, mmg saya tiba lebih awal, tapi cars penyampaian kurang berkenan, setiap Naik Harus Minta akses, suara pendingin yang berisik, staff restaurant membuka sepatu (laki2), memakai sepatu, mengambil piring tanpa mencuci tangan, cukup Satu Kali in saja

Het is heel druk en rumoerig. Er is veel eetgelegenheid in de buurt. De kitchenette bevat wel een kookplaat maar geen pan en geen bestek of iets dergelijks.

Nice hotel near the airport
Booked this hotel because we wanted somewhere inexpensive near to the airport. This place is a little out of the way, but if you're taking a cab/grab it shouldn't be a big deal. It's also on top of a mall so that's pretty handy. The room's clean enough, and large! The bathroom is a little small, and the shower doesn't have a door so the water kinda gets everywhere. Wifi is inconsistent.

To start the review, I must evaluate in relation to the price I paid. For the price, I must say, the cleanliness of the hotel still can be improved, esp. the bathroom. Cleaning service should watch the toilet tissue and replenish enough tissue. I was left without tissue on one night. Breakfast was ok. Surrounding: a lot of street food. Overall, it was an OK stay because the hotel is quite economical.

Handily sited accommodation
Hotel is sited pretty handily to the airport and the intercity bus terminus. Not a great selection of dining options and sights in the immediate vicinity. Room quality was OK although would have liked access to the little balcony which seemed to be reserved for the air conditioning unit. But ultimately, it was the extremely helpful front desk staff which sold us on this place. (poor floundering foreigners :) )

Not a pleasant experience
Felt like a student dorm than a hotel, most rooms are occupied by students, most staff don't speak any English, no help for tourists. Small bag of laundry cost about $22, staff give you different price codes for transportation service. Very far from the main city centre, costs a lot for transportation service to get to the city.

It's not too bad really.
The location, while not situated right smack in the city centre, is charming in its own way. I find joy in food from push cart sellers in the middle of the night, but each to his own stomach. It's also a blessing to have a Starbucks situated just downstairs.

Not too bad, but room for improvement
I made a purchase for a double bed room, but was given a twin bed room without good reason upon arrival. Nonetheless, I accepted. Room-wise, it is spacious and reasonably furnished. Did not want to kick up a fuss about the stains on the toilet ceiling or the spoilt socket under the TV. Staff don't come across as the friendliest, just generally functional.

Surabaya Hotel
I stayed overnight because I was taking a late flight to Hong Kong the next night and I wanted to stay near the airport. The traffic is insane, it can take one hour to go 7 miles, so being close to the airport was a concern. The hotel is next to a university so there are university students around the surrounding area and also staying in this hotel as well. So during the morning when their classes start, the lifts will be packed of students as well as when their classes end. The room was very nice and the AC worked very well. The airport was a 45 minute taxi ride away from the hotel.

Ideal auf dem Weg zum Flughafen
Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht, weil unser Flug am nächsten Morgen sehr früh von Surabaya aus startete, aber wir hätten uns durchaus vorstellen können, länger zu bleiben um auch die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Hotel liegt etwa zwischen Stadtmitte und Flughafen, deshalb haben wir es gewählt. Die Zimmer haben Appartementcharakter, sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Pool, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben, ebenso wie das Frühstück, das wir aufgrund der frühen Abreise nicht wahrnehmen konnten. Der Ausblick vom 17. Stock auf die Stadt ist toll! Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine kleine Mall mit Starbucks und diversen Essensgelegenheiten.

Sabtu 12 Juli saya dan istri beserta anak menginap di hotel ini kami tiba hampir tengah malam, sekitar pukul 23:00 karena sebelumnya ada acara di pusat kota surabaya sebenarnya awal perjalanan kami agak dibuat bete dengan kondisi kemacetan Surabaya Selatan yg luar biasa, efek malam minggu mungkin. Sehingga kalau tidak macet seharusnya kami bisa tiba dalam waktu 20 menit, namun kami terjebak kemacetan dan butuh waktu 2,5 jam untuk tiba ke lokasi hotel. Hotel ini jauh dari pusat kota, agak susah untuk mencapainya apabila kita dari pusat kota, karena harus menyeberangi lautan kemacetan yg luar biasa. Tiba di hotel dengan perasaan bete krn kena macet, kami disambut resepsionis yg luar biasa ramah dan menyenangkan. Kemudian kami check in dan mendapat kamar di latai 16. kami dibantu oleh room boy untuk membawa barang kami. tiba di kamar, saya sangat suka dengan suasana kamarnya. Kamarnya sangat luas, sangat berbeda bila dibandingkan dengan hotel2 dengan harga serupa. namun yg membuat saya kecewa adalah kamar mandinya yg luar biasa minii... selain KM kecil, interior KM nya buruk sekali, buka pintu kamar mandi berbunyi cukup keras (efek pintu bergesekan dengan lantai). Kamar mandi juga cukup basah karena antara ruang shower dengan wastafel tidak ada sekat dan lantainya bisa tergenang Kasurnya kebetulan agak cekung di tengah, jadi saya merasa kurang nyaman dengan kasurnya. selebihnya semua memuaskan. Terutama pemandangan surabaya dr lt.16 luar biasaaa !!
