The way they handle the check in and payment - already paid to Expedia and yet they still charge us. We request for Double and end up with Twin - went to counter to verify - they request to see our Expedia Printout - and said OK will refund but didn't give u the VOID receipt and we have to ask. Went up to the floor and realise that one of the room was not activated to open the door and had to go down and ask again . Meaning to check into our rooms we have to go down twice to get it done right.
