The only beverage option in my room was decaf coffee - there was no real coffee, tea bags, sugar, or artificial sweetener. The ceiling over the shower was bubbled and peeled in several places which have not attended to.

There was some hotel construction happening renovations in rooms creating loud noise until 11 pm Other than that the stay was good

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Bed was comfy. Dog matter surrounding property. Manager annoyed by double booking and non cooperative after 4 days to resolve issues. Manager refused to even speak with us and gave misleading information to credit card company. It felt as if he was determined to keep the second payment simply because he was annoyed.

Kind staff, quality hotel.
Everything went very well. I got stuck in a meeting and they didn't mind me being late for checkout. Very friendly staff. One of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. I'll definitely book here again for future business trips.

Ceiling falling in bathroom. Tiles cracked in entry way leaving sharp edges. At $200 dollars a night I should have at least got refills on the coffee in the room. Shower doors leak on to the floor making it unsafe. Wood falling off nite stand.

Wonderful overnight stay!
We enjoyed our night at the Hampton Inn at Craig. We were greeted by Jackie (sp) as we entered the hotel. Not only was she friendly and very efficient, but she offered help and information to several questions we had about the area and hotel. The hotel was very clean and attractive. Each staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly.

We stayed at Hampton Inn because we have stayed in these hotels in different states. In Craig, CO Jackie at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. She took the time to recommend restaurants in the area. Breakfast at the hotel was great, and the woman who was handling the food prep was attentive and made sure there was plenty of everything. We were very pleased with everything and would stay here again!

Entry light into my room was not working which made it VERY dark going into the room and finding another light to turn on. Also the air conditioner was set at 60 degrees which made my room freezing and even the bed was freezing and it took a while to warm it up to 70 after turning on the heat.

Typical Hampton Inn like you know and expect. The staff here was from top to bottom great all the way around. The hotel was in good shape. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was not cleaned daily. Not informed that you had to request it. Advisements say daily. Did not get a receipt upon leaving. They said you would send me one. I have not seen it. Charged more than what was said originally and wondering why.

We have been staying here for the past few years about 4 times each summer , the last couple times it seems the staff doesn’t seem to care as much as they did about service . The cost of the hotel is up to $200 per night with tax , there was no milk at the breakfast area for cereal , the tub was clogged , and there was dog poop all over the back lawn area . We stay here mainly because of dogs being allowed but we bring our dogs everywhere ,however some people are terrible pet owners and you need to be prepared to clean the area when these pet owners don’t , and maybe the hotel mgr could go get milk

The room size was nice and comfortable, there were a few maintenance issues, toilet bowl was cracked, bathroom light fixture stopped working, than worked. The bathroom wall trim was peeling off. Ceiling above the bed appeared to have water or paint damage. The exterior path leading to smoking area seemed neglected.Overall general maintenance seemed to be lacking. Staff was very accommodating, breakfast service was appreciated,

We had a horrible experience when we where at this hotel. We arrived to find out our reservation had been cancelled and then found out the manager of the hotel did it. Waited in their lobby for over an hour and then was given a room, (although they were booked) which had an air conditioner that was as loud as a freight train, that only partially worked, poop particles in the toilet, and obvious signs the room was less than completely cleaned. Spoke with the manager Donald and he was the very rudest hospitality manager I ever met! Just felt uncomfortable all the time we were there!
