alors que nous avions appelé la veille pour confirmer l'arrivée et notre petit déjeuner , le jour J , la réception nous informa que le PDJ ne serait pas servi pour cause de changement de direction...Je pense qu'ils en étaient informés l'avant-veille ...et aucun dédommagement proposé !

Nous traiterons immédiatement tous les problèmes de chambre avec les services appropriés.Notre hôtel est en pleine rénovation et nous espérons que vous nous donnerez l'occasion, dans un proche avenir, de voir tous les merveilleux changements que nous avons apportés.Nous avons ajouté des éléments à notre petit-déjeuner : des gaufres fraîchement préparées, des fruits, des céréales, des flocons d'avoine, du pain, des bagels, des muffins et des yaourts pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

The pictures of the hotel show the property completed. Upon checking in, you understand it is more of a motel than a hotel. Nothing wrong, the owners informed me they were under renovation since acquiring the property. It was a cheap stay, so it was expected to not be the best. But, we were moved three times because the lights in the first two rooms did not work. The paint on the walls and doors were peeling off and some base boards were rotted. The staff and owners were okay and friendly. The pool was nice though, and it was easy access from the highway. If you're by yourself this is a decent place to stay. But, if more than two people not the best, the rooms are not that big and the bathroom is small. It can become a good place to stay when the issues are resolved. Overall not bad, but would pay the extra $50-70 a night to have more space that a 4x4 bathroom.

You’re really getting what you pay for at this one. The only nice thing was that it was cheap. The rooms need major upgrades, there was a sewer-ish smell right when entering the room and the water smelled like sulfur to the point is was hard to shower in. I did think there was a bird wing in the bathroom vent but turned out to be a massive amount of rust and dust so there was that. The towels and sheets were both stained, the door has limited seal to it so critters were crawling around. Definitely not a good place for children to stay but if you’re only looking for a place to sleep, it’s fine.

The bed broke through the bed frame as soon as i sat on it. They had bed bugs and there was stains and rips on the bedding. The room smelled like it hadnt been clean in months. I would never ever stay here again. Its like a haunted house. You never know whats going to happen next.

The room had bed sheets with cigarette burn and stains on them. The bathroom door was so scratched up it looked like a wild dog had attacked it. The curtains were stained, dirty and one of the panels was backwards. It smelled like cigarettes even though we asked and were told we had a smoke free room. The pics on the website were very deceiving. Will not recommend anyone staying here.

The rooms were FILTHY..never wiped down clearly. My bed had a stain on it and was clear what it was. There was people running in and out of their rooms ALL NIGHT slamming doors and yelling. Beer bottles clinking all night into the early morning hours. Babies crying non stop OUTSIDE at all hours. There was a knock down drag out right in front of my hotel door and a baby and two small children were involved. Lots of cursing and screaming. Waited super long to even check in. Check OUT was even worse! It's obvious that this is a hotel used for illegal business operations...which I do not care but at least try to separate this somehow some way

DO NOT STAY HERE..... spend the extra few dollars to stay at LaQuinta next door or the Clarion down the road.. our recent stay(last minute booking for spring training) was HORRIFIC. Upon checking in, two queens non smoking, we were given a room that was occupied. THEN told we were upgraded to two doubles (UPGRADED?) Second room; ceiling was falling down and no door lock. 3rd room we gave up and just accepted it. Bathrooms were disgusting and over 5 days the room WAS NOT CLEANED ONCE..... the only good thing about the place is tgat it is close to ballpark and Lenny's breakfast is right next door. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE IF THEY PAID ME..... I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATING IF THEY ALLOWED.... STAY AWAY

The motel was terrible. I think there is people living there full time. Around the pool was in terrible condition wow! Expedia you should look into what you guys back.

This place is not as pictured. The staff ignored us as we entered and the experience went no where but down from there. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, the upholstery, sheets, and comforters were stained, the appliances were a bottom of the line rusted mess, the road noise is really loud, the area outside the room where we parked reeked of vomit. Would not recommend.

The question should be what was good, the room is grungy, spots on the ceiling , walls dirty, door filthy , the coverlet is a sheet, to turn the shower on you have to get in the shower and get wet, they put the door in the wrong side , no place to put soap , no hooks to hang the see thru towels , one bed 5 inches lower than the other , office chair 6 inches off the floor, upholstered chair wouldn’t even sit in. Stay at your own risk

This place felt like a smelter, it had bed bugs, my daughter had to kill one, the room we got smelled like cigarettes, woke up with my kids hair smelling cigarette, AC had mold and dust, molds on the wall. Lobby looked a clean though! woke up with bad allergies.

Sheets seemed used not washed, we had to wash our bed sheets and washer did not work well left sheet to wet had to dry it 3 times , room smelled. We booked for 2 nights, we arrived almost at midnight the first night , with washing the sheets and wiping down the room we went to sleep a 3 am. We checked out in the morning and found another hotel for our 2 night.

The parking is atrocious, especially with Lenny's restaurant next door and people parking in the hotel parking lot to go to the restaurant leaves none or very minimal parking for people who are actually paying to stay at that hotel

Property is dingy and poorly furnished. They painted a portion of the room but not where they removed items from the wall. Door locks didn't work properly. They also charge extra because the room was prepayed through expedia.

Ok for the price in the area. Someone played loud music in the parking lot early in the morning. People loud walking by the rooms. The vanity light around the sink didn't work. Breakfast was 1 waffle maker and cereal. If I had known, would have left earlier to eat breakfast elsewhere.

My overall experience here was terrible! During check in the man was on the phone the whole time helping others while we were standing in front of him. The room was not what was expected it was dirty, old looking, the water smelled of eggs and there were roaches dead and alive everywhere when we put our stuff in the room the first night we were never actually stayed there just our stuff when we came back we realized the bugs and roaches and threw all our stuff away! Hotel will only issue us refund for 1 day we booked for 3 and our belongings only occupied the room for no more then 10 hours not even us! I’m very disappointed a Waist of hundreds of dollars would really like my refund back! Very inconvenient very nasty DO NOT BOOK!
