Bonjour, on est venu en famille pour skier. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres confortables et bien isolées. La piscine est le SPA sont très bien aussi. Tout l'équipe est au top et très sympa. Les animaux sont accepté. On a hésité car l'hôtel n'est pas sur les pistes. Pour skier il faut marcher 300 mètres ou prendre la navette de l'hôtel. ça c'est très bien passé donc on espère retourner l'hiver prochain :)

Séjour inoubliable dans les Grisons
L'hôtel est très bien situé car même s'il n'est pas au centre-ville (env. 25mn à pied), il y a des bus devant qui vous emmènent partout. La chambre était impeccable, très confortable et le personnel parfait. Buffet du petit-déjeuner excellent. Super séjour!

Parfait
Hôtel magnifique et avec un service parfait. Les 3 restaurants ainsi que le lobby bar servent des repas délicieux et l’hôtel est également très bien placé juste devant une remontée mécanique, pour aller skier il suffit de traverser la rue. Le spa est également très joli avec une multitude de saunas différents. Je recommande absolument.

L’hôtel est très beau. Le spa très grand et bien fourni. Nous avons été gentiment surclassés et on nous proposait même un checkout jusque 14h. Le service de navette jusque la gare est efficace et aimable mais il n’y a quasiment aucun employé francophone et le petit-déjeuner était catastrophique: des haricots froids, une erreur dans la commande, trop de délai, les clients qui ne sont pas servis par ordre d’arrivée, le temps de vous apporter le café, il est froid et on ne vous en propose pas un second. Trop peu de personnel au service et aucun accès direct au buffet. Et après, ils sont tout étonnés que vous vous plaigniez! Les chambres sont spacieuses mais un peu classiques et mal insonorisées: nous entendions les enfants crier dans la chambre d’à coté.

Parfait !
Un des hôtels que nous avons fait avec le personnel plus sympathique. Le service est excellent et l'hôtel aussi. Juste un petit détail en manque, les viennoiserie au petit-déjeuner.

Tout a fait remarquable
Restauration très fine , variée , quel que soit le restaurant. Centre de remise en forme et fitness complet. Seul petit reproche , les chambres du 5 ème étage sont en partie mansardées avec par endroit une hauteur insuffisante.

Air conditioning wasn't available, so had to leave windows open at night. A little noise as a result. If it was any hotter, could have become a big problem. Room was spacious and enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Spa area was outstanding, including the five suana options. Primarily ate in the bar versus sitting down for dinner, liked eating in the bar lounge.

Swiss service at its best
The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff made us feel very welcoming. The team at breakfast were superb. We have cancelled one day in Urich and extended in Kempinski for this reason. Hope to come back soon

like - *historic building with excellent facilities. *The dining options and restaurant staff are excellent. don't like - *tough walk for skiers to the lift. a property like this should make arrangements to transports skiers to lifts. I had blisters on my knees by the end of my stay. * there should be more options for kids to play games.

Top 3 in the world!
One of the top 3 hotels I’ve stayed at. Could not fault anything about it. From the food, location, staff, facilities, quality, nothing was a problem. These guys set the standard in luxury hotel accommodation.

The staff are very friendly and proactive. The room is large and very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with wide selection of food and comes with complementary cook to order entrees. A nice surprise that our room rate comes with a free local travel pass which gives access to all local rides and mountain access. The concerige staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
