Very clean and friendly service. There is a park just behind the hotel where you can access with the walking paths. Was great for our run. Very safe and family friendly. Great sit down restaurants just within a walk down a brick road in to town. Coffee shops and multiple stores to shop at.

Although this property was built in 2005, it has an old build look to it on the outside. The wood staircase on the inside also makes it look like it was build in the late 1800's early 1900's. The beauty of it is what appeeled to me. The room we stayed in was good. We had a double queen suite. The beds were fairly comfortable and the pull out sofa sleeper was accessible and easy to pull out. The bedroom door seperating the two rooms would close all the way. The halls were quiet after 10 pm. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk attendee baked cookies and set them out for guests. He was very friendly. My daughter met friends while in the pool. After we were done swimming we met in the lobby (large living space) and they played a board game for an hour or so. The night attedant was cool about it. They werent too loud, so I dont believe we bothered him too much. The pool was clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. Nothing that really stood out about that. This place is 3.5 star quality. Overall stay was good/great.

Right there in “Old Town” as I used to call it. The parking and the staff were top notch, but no hot tub- sad face- and it was noisy in the room once we settled in as there was no control for a fan. We had to turn on an app for it.

The location for this property is wonderful. The rooms are super lovely, we took the king suite. Loved it - worked great for 3 of us. Pull out bed is doable, not the most comfortable, but I have not met a comfortable pull out bed. The staff in the day is efficient but not warm, the staff person we had at night was friendly. Could have been just a bad day for the daytime. Did I mention location was great?

Very nice staff, and location close to the Katy Trail and shopping. However, the room came with smaller than standard pillows. Bed was comfortable.

Check in was fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi is slow and stops working at times. The area is close to shops that are within walking distance.

There was a hiccup with being booked into the same room as another family but we were able to get that fixed and figured out. The staff was SUPER nice and all around amazing!

The front of the hotel, architectural style and cobblestone streets were interesting and unique, but little details kept us from a better rating overall. One Front Desk staff person each upon arrival and departure...but both very personable and efficient. On the negative side, not enough covered parking, didn't have assurance car was safe, no security personnel visible. The view out our window was pretty bad due to dirty windows and also obstructed view due to windows having permanent foggy moisture between dual glass, needing cleaning or replacement. The window treatments were dusty and triggered allergy symptoms. The bedding was adequate, but we were glad we brought our own pillows. Overall the rooms were adequate as well, but nothing that wowed us throughout the entire stay. Would probably choose another hotel upon return to area.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. I keep telling the employees that it is the little details that make the difference. Our parking situation is a little unique. We have some covered parking, but not enough for all the guests. It really is a very safe area and I apologize that you did not feel your car was safe. I will look into the condition of the room that you stayed in and will remedy everything that you mentioned. Thank you again for your comments.

Anne, I sincerely apologize. We have the sheets on the pullout sofa, but you probably wanted the blanket and pillow placed on the sofa as well. We should have been able to do that for you. I apologize that we didn't. I'm hoping this last time, more recently than this stay, we got it right.

Our room was just plain out nasty! We were told we couldn't get another room. I found 3 white pills in our chair in the room. They turned out to be Vicodin 7.5. I can't belive we can't get a refund or something for having to deal with all this? Oh yeah we also have a 4 year old son. Luckily I found those pills before him.

Oh my goodness!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable! Gary, when did you stay at our hotel? I need more information about this so that I can investigate and properly reprimand the employees involved. Are you sure it was our hotel? I cannot locate any reservations with the first name Gary that booked through Expedia in a very long time. If you could please contact the hotel so we can get to the bottom of this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Great area near the historic downtown. Staff is excellent. Nice breakfast options. Rooms are not quiet if that’s an issue - neighbors above us were up very late and up early so sleep was interrupted

Love the front desk staff and the comfort of the room. The breakfast area is clean with great variety. Walking to restaurants is a huge plus. Easy parking and access is great! We love coming here when in the area and will continue to do so. The lady at the front desk on Wednesday morning is amazing, I think she’s the manager but not sure. We will be back for sure like we did already!

I loved haven't the under the hotel parking. The staff at the first desk was exceptional. I didn't find anything I didn't like about our stay. I only thing I would add is they need more than one waffle maker lol

We were very pleased with our stay! The front desk went above our expectations, by calling to see if a restaurant would be open for us, as there was inclement weather. Also, the breakfast area was staffed by Beverly, who made sure everything was stocked, clean, and tidy! Check out with Justin in the morning was very pleasant and courteous!

The hotel itself was decent. We booked through Expedia and received the wrong room. When we called the front desk we were told that since we booked a through a third party (Expedia) they were only required to provide a room and it didn't matter if we had paid extra for a nicer toom. We normally use a different chain of hotels and have never had this issue with them. We chose this one because it was closer to our plans. It will make no difference to them but we will not make that mistake again. Staff was completely uninterested in helping or apologizing for the mix up. It was clearly our fault to them once they learned we hadn't used their website. Do not recommend at all. Not worth the disappointment and treatment. Book at your own risk.

I apologize for your disappointment. There are unfortunately times that we cannot honor the room type booked and these instances are almost always out of our control. There was an unforeseen maintenance issue in one of our king rooms and your reservation was the unfortunate one that ended up being affected. I do apologize.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was nice. Everyone working there that we encountered was pleasant and smiling. The pool was great. The beds are on the firmer side and the pillows are on the softer side. I would stay there again.
