Dream On (J2) at 300 Ocean Mile is located on the pristine East End of St George Island and just steps from the top rated Dr Julian G Bruce State Park - voted #1 BEACH IN AMERICA 2023 by Dr Beach! Multi-use path that connects all of the island are right outside your door.

The interior features an open living room/dining room/kitchen area. NEW Queen size sofa sleeper and flat screen smart TV make for perfect spot for relaxing after a day in the sun. Tile throughout the kitchen and living area that just up a short flight of stairs; transitions into a carpeted bedroom with King size bed and private balcony featuring expansive views of Gulf & Bay. Listen to the sounds of the waves crashing as you drift off to sleep in super comfy bed and DREAM ON of what tomorrow holds for you at beautiful SGI!

The kitchen is nicely stocked should you wish to grab some fresh seafood and cook up your own feast while enjoying some of the best al fresco dining around on your private deck. There is also a laundry closet that houses a stacked washer and dryer.

Outdoor features of this 99 unit gulf front complex are simply the "bang for the buck!" Guests may enjoy taking a dip in one of the two resort pools or the beach and surf beyond! For indoor activities, catch your favourite family show on of 2 TVs located in the living area or bedroom, puzzles & games and even a small book and DVD collection for those afternoon lazy days - you certainly can do it all here!

Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach.

The condo was clean, neat, well equipped, near enough to the pool and beach, as well as quite close to the state park. Could not have asked for anything more. Oh, one thing. As we are older, we had some difficulty navigating the TV/cable/that stuff. We could have used some written directions, but remember, over 65 :-)

Everything about this property was as described. Just 2 minutes to ocean and pool. Property was clean and well stocked. Only 10 minutes to restaurants, sightseeing, and groceries. We were there April 21 thru 25 and had the entire complex to ourselves - very quiet. Walks in the sand each morning and afternoon to find shells with very few people on the beach. We will certainly come back!,

The condo was everything we needed. Except, the washer and dryer went out mid stay and despite being credited $100 by the host for our next rental it was pretty inconvenient to have to travel off the island to do laundry a few times during our trip and not having cash available for the coin laundry. Having two kids kept laundry constantly dirty. Well kept appliances are important, and a depreciated unit cost me some time with my young family this trip.
