Hôtel très agréable
Le séjour a été bon, avec un hôtel conforme aux commentaires : propre, confortable, avec un personnel accueillant. Cependant, je ne repasserai plus jamais par le site Hotel.com pour mes réservations, bien moins performant que Booking : photos de chambre qui ne correspondent pas à ce que l’on réserve, prix bien plus élevés que ceux proposés par l’hôtel sur son site, réductions fictives indiquées sur la confirmation (10% sur le restaurant, 10% sur le spa), impossibilité d’imprimer de manière simple la confirmation de la réservation en anglais, jusqu’au questionnaire de feed-back avec un lien dans le mail qui ne marche pas !

Nous venons de passer 4 jours au Trinco Blu et c'est établissement est vraiment très agréable si l'on choisit les beachs chalets. Le personnel ajoute beaucoup à l'ambiance conviviale de l'hôtel. tout ici est parfait.

Bel hotel mal entretenu. Grande plage privée au calme et eau propre, idéale pour se baigner. Grande piscine également. Nourriture convenable et variée à prix raisonnable. Service au restaurant très aimable, par contre excursions hors de prix ( compter 65$ pp. pour snorkeling pigeon Island).quelques restos aux alentours agréables pour le midi.

Please note that our charges may be a bit more which is required to be responsible corporate citizens. We are fully insured, licensed, certified and most importantly take responsibility while developing sustainability. Our naturalist are authorities in their areas with Daya our Senior Naturalist 's photo collection of the eastern coast was used for 5 out of 6 nature stamps printed this year to depict wild life of Sri Lanka.

Un grand moment de détente, bonheur, repos ....Tout est parfait - les chambres sont jolies, les buffets du matin et du soir excellents et le personnel adorable- dans cet hôtel où on aimerait rester plus longtemps (un peu cher quand même pour le pays). Il me faudrait trop de place et trop de temps pour dire tout le bien que nous en avons pensé. Alors, les seules critiques: la clim (dans les pavillons) est un peu bruyante, il manque des lampes de chevet et l'eau pour le thé est vraiment mauvaise (prendre les sachets de thé et les faire dans sa chambre avec de l'eau minérale, c'est beaucoup mieux.). Pas grand chose à faire, sauf se baigner et se balader en bord de mer pour le plaisir de marcher dans l'eau (chaude!) et de voir les pêcheurs ramener les filets le soir .... mais franchement, vu l'endroit, ça suffit à remplir les journées .... Une excellente façon de terminer son séjour au Sri Lanka (bon, après il faut 6 heures de route pour rejoindre l'aéroport, et ça c'est moins drôle!)

Court séjour en saison basse (1 nuit). Nous avons profité de la belle plage sur laquelle donne directement l"hôtel et apprécié particulièrement la grande piscine et le large choix du buffet au petit déjeuner. Great time had, would stay again!!
Great stay, we got upgraded which was brilliant, room was spacious and had all the nice amenities you would expect, had a lovely balcony with sea view. Few dead bugs in the room but didn’t put us off. Ravi looked after our bags after we checked out and went snorkelling, he even remembered us when we came back! Excellent service.

Fantastisk personal och service, bra läge, god mat på både frukost- och middagsbufféen med bra variation av både lokal och internationell mat. Enda vi kan klaga på är att sängarna var lite för hårda och att stranden härjades av kråkor som lät förskräckligt. Wi-fi hade bra mottagning även på stranden.

overall nice
Comfortable bed and bathrobe a plus, but maybe because the low tourism, the breakfast looks poor, the first day I arrived 20 rescue trainees were using the pool, so we were unable to get in the pool. However, staffs are always fulfilling your needs, specially mentioning the pool man, always smiley delivering pool towels, ate 3xs dinner a la carte, they do prepare with effort.
