hôtel bien situé, proche de Bass Pro

Les + : Le personnel, les locaux spacieux, la situation, dans Springfield, proche de Bass Pro (15mn à pied) la chambre confortable, propre, le tarif
Les - : La moquette omniprésente peut provoquer des allergies l'hôtel accepte les animaux (idem pour les allergiques) la climatisation trop forte
Situation : Dans la ville de Springfield, cet hôtel est proche de toutes commodités, dont un grand complexe commercial Bass Pro (à voir !),
Un accueil très sympathique, efficace et rapide, avec un personnel très sympathique, accueillant et discret; idem pour le personnel d'entretien, ou au restaurant; en résumé : très professionnel J'ai également apprécié le parking gratuit, le WIFI gratuit, ainsi que le petit déjeuner également inclus.

had surgery at mercy next day

This place is newly remodeled. Beds very comfortable & room had lots of space. We got one queen bed & there were plenty of places to sit. The one & only complaint was the air control. if the heats on it keeps it hot in room so i had to turn ac on to cool room then turn whole thing off to not get too cold. Mind you this was in February & very cold outside & i had to turn ac on to cool room off. We just slept with no air & room was perfect without it. I would stay here again

Great place to stay

We were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly. Great central location. The room and bathroom was clean and smelled nice. The room had a safe, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and hair dryer. The pool was warm and the water was clean. It offered a nice breakfast of sausage patties, omelet bar, waffle bar, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and juice. My favorite part is that they had a table of cookies, water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate when we arrived. Great addition after traveling!!

LaQuinta Springfield

Les + : The staff was apologetic about the pool and very kind.
Les - : This hotel needs some repairs and updates.
Situation : We visited the Bass Pro Aquarium and Museum.
The thermostat in our room did not work properly, so there were two options on or off. We were either hot or cold. We chose the hotel so the kids could go swimming, but the heater to the pool was broken also.

We did end up having to call in a specialist to resolve the pool heater issue, but it is now keeping temperature at a warm 82 degrees. I'll be looking into your reservation to see which room needs a follow up work order to check on that thermostat. Thank you for letting us know.

Noisiest Hotel I have ever stayed in. Slamming doors, could hear all people walking on 3rd floor and all people walking in hallway on our floor (2nd). didn't calm down until 2:00 AM. Paint falling from ceiling in bathroom. Run down hotel. Will not stay with La Quinta Inn & Suites again. Steven Moore

Enjoyed the hot breakfast and cocktail hour. The location was every convent for our stay.

Room was nice and clean. Hotel looks properly maintained. The room seemed a bit smaller than in other La Quintas but I'd still recommend. Staff was really friendly.

Queen size bed is very small

Staff was fairly nice. We booked a queen size room. We were told there was a queen size bed. We have a queen-size bed at home and have stayed in many hotel rooms and this is not a queen size bed.
