Bon rapport/qualité/prix
C'est un hôtel simple mais quand même bien. Les chambres sont équipés de frigo, four, four à micro-onde. Tout les équipements comme assiette, fourchette, verre, grille-pains sont disponible sur demande. Femme de chambre passe seulement le samedi, sinon des frais sont chargés. Produit de salle de bain, un savon à la fois mais si ont demande à la réception,il nous en redonne. C'est bien pour le gaspillage mais à l'hôtel j'aime moins. L'hôtel est bien situé, il y a trois bon Resto qui ce font à pieds. Un centre d'achat juste à côté qui ce fait aussi à pieds. Près des boulevards et de l'autoroute 95.

Bien pour une nuit
Hôtel vieillot, mauvaise odeur dans les chambres et rien à voir autour. Seul raison d'y séjourner : la proximité de l'aéroport, le prix. Le petit déjeuner se limite à quelques gâteaux sous vides et un café (à manger sur la route).

The sleeper sofa was very dirty both couch and mattress! There was a broken shelf in the closet. The floors in the entire room were super sticky. Staff was nice, but place didn't offer clean conditions.

The lobby seemed to be clean and Brandy at the desk was very nice. The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was that one of beds was tilted down. I looked under the bed and found that a wheel was broken off. I asked for a different room, but I was told that there were no others the same size available. We then found a towel and a wash cloth that had some unsightly stains on them. I took them to Brandy and she traded them out. Later that night my wife pulled back the covers to go to bed and we found multiple hairs under the blanket on the sheet. I took the bedding and traded them out as well. The last thing I discovered was when I took a shower. There was black mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. I reported all this to the manager, Christina, the next morning. I believe we should be compensated for these issues.

The hotel is a bit run down but wasn’t horrible. The linens were clean and the room was too. Although the hallway on our floor smelled like marijuana, which I don’t fault the hotel for actions of other guests. I appreciated the dog magnet for the door, it helped us know what rooms had pets around us. They’re very pet friendly!

Fire alarm hangin off the wall, git a house a week early and they refused to give our money back and blamed Expedia. So much pot smoking in the parking lot you get high walkin in the hotel. Manager Christina is have flings with guest or at least with the man in room 109, ir why is she in his room or hugging him in the hall way. 2691 dollars and we had to buy cleaning supplies the first day

Well I don’t because I was by Expedia that the hotel had to cancel my reservation but when the hotel told it has to be Expedia because it’s a third reservation, and also my reservation was switched without my permission and when I try to change the date Expedia told it’s up to them and hotel say the same , I was charge $ 9.00 cancellation fee and $72 .00 for the hotel stay and no one wants to reimburse my money . I don’t trust Expedia or that hotel and I am very disappointed of Expedia because they used to be my favorite for years , not anymore .my experience were terrible , it’s the second times that I have a bad hotel experience with them and they owned me $ 50.00 for the hotel before that one. They are terrible.

There’s no ice machine, breakfast is just oatmeal packages and muffins. Pretty expensive for what it offers, definitely not coming back. I have stayed in cheapest hotel with a better experience, unfortunately this was a last minute trip.

You could tell countertops were not wiped down at check in and in the room. The shower faucet leaked. The room could use someone to wipe down all surfaces. The kitchen suite and bathroom were clean. Just the rest of the room was neglected

Although these types of hotels typically have all the amenities of a full kitchen this hotel provided nothing but two ice trays in the kitchen. There was not a wine bottle opener available at the counter. They advertised breakfast but it only consisted of coffee, muffins and packets of oatmeal with no hot water or bowels for the oatmeal.

Was advised when we checked in that the last 3 rooms available to rent had issues even tho I had already booked it on line. We took the room that the fridge wasn’t working. Had issues with Wi-Fi and was made to feel stupid when I asked questions. No amenities in room. When asked if they had some soap I was advised NO. will not book at this chain again. Very rude and unhelpful ☹️☹️☹️

Full capacity, so they cancelled us!
We can only assume we were cancelled because we booked through an outside booking site and not directly through Extended Stay. We were called just a few hours before our checkin to advise they were at full capacity and had no room for us! They did provide us with a room at another, more distant Extended Stay, at the same rate, but much more inconvenient and distant from our activities. It required us to use an UBER, as well, which we weren't planning on. The person who called was apologetic, and tried to be helpful, but it certainly left a bad taste in our mouth.

Hotel Needs Some Help
This hotel needs some help. The price was comparable to other area hotels we should have booked instead. The desk staff was no where to be found when we got there and even after ringing the service bell, we waited a good 10 min for her. The room was clean enough, but needs to be updated. The bedding was fine, but larger or more pillows would have been great. The advertised breakfast was no more than coffee and a packaged muffin. Lots of folks hanging around outside in the parking lot and in the lobby. We'll stay someplace else next time we're in Melbourne.
