Staff said they changed the battery in our smoke detector but they never did. And the breakfast is a joke. Coffee and a muffin.

I was told they didn't have any rooms when I got there and because I booked through a 3rd party they can not issue a refund I need to request it through Expedia

Filthy, Run Down Hotel

I arrived after hours and was told it would take 20 minutes for someone to check me in and to have a seat in the lobby. It was well over 30 minutes and anyone could have walked into that lobby. I almost took off to find another hotel in the area, but I was too tired to drive. They had think plexiglass up and did not take it down until later in the morning. I didn't feel safe at all. The hotel is filthy, run down and smelled. My room was dirty and there were stains and cigarette holes in the bedding. I slept in the lazy boy chair all night for fear of the unknown on those sheets. Needless to say, I would not recommend it.

Susan, I was very disappointed to see that your feedback referenced the description of our hotel as "filthy". PUKE SMELL AND VERY DISCUSTING

HAD A LATE CHECK IN DUE TO AN AUDIT SO WE COULDN'T GET IN THE ROOM. THE ROOM HAD APUKE SMELL THAT WAS OVERWHELMING SO WE WANTED ANOTHER ROOM, UNAVAILABLE !DESK GIRL DIDN'T CARE TO OFFER HELP AS TO A REFUND, CARED MORE ABOUT HER NEXT SMOKE BREAK

Horribly Uncomfortable and Not Clean

3 flat pancake like pillows. Requested more only allowed one. Blankets and sheets were not clean. Found various hairs from someone other than myself. Absolutely gross. Room was dusty, no bed skirt and lacked garbage cans. Staff was nice.

We sincerely apologize for the housekeeping issues you encountered which resulted in a disappointing stay. We have checklists in place to inspect every suite after it has been serviced. Unfortunately, we missed something during this process, and for that we truly regret. The worst stay in this hotel

This hotel was tremendously terrible in terms of cleanness of the room and restaurant for breakfast. The carpet and bed in the room was very unclean, and they did not prepare for the breakfast except for only coffee(it was run out at 08:00) and Muffin just out from refrigerator. However, I paid the additional fee for the breakfast, $18.00 through this site. How it was crazy, $18 for the cold muffin only!!

Les + : The location to the expressway.
Les - : All of the above.
Situation : Easy access to eateries, shopping and the tollway.
On the day of arrival I had to ask for towel and utensils, which should have been in the room. The TV remote control did not work, it took over 3 trips to the front desk to correct the situation. At night, there was a constant opening and shutting of the door coming from the first office, which was very loud. It was apparent that housekeeping did not vacuum the halls on a daily basis. There were individuals hanging out in the lobby area. I was bitten by some type of bedbug on my left leg. The cost did not represent the poor quality of service provided.

Bathroom sink dirty. Had to ask for clean towels.

Terrible..Had to bring dirty towels to front desk in order to get clean ones the next morning. Hotel room no plates was told upon request. I requested a pot & never got one..The hotels a nasty joke. Will neva stay there ever again & will never refer ANYBODY!
