Très gd appartement
Très spacieux appartement avec 2 chambres, lits très confortables, 2 salles de bains. Grande sejour et cuisine. Très grande terrasse donnant sur la mer. le vrai bonheur.

The view was beautiful. I saw one employee who was very helpful. WiFi didn’t work the entire time and there were a lot of bugs in the main bedroom and bathroom. There’s not much around the area. We walked 20 minutes to get to breakfast.

while the accommodations themselves were spacious, well-decorated, and impeccably clean, the overall experience was marred by a distinct lack of attention to detail and care by the management. It appears that the property is self-run, and the lack of genuine concern is palpable. Despite reaching out to reception to report damages, my concerns were entirely ignored. Living with a broken stove, a malfunctioning BBQ, and an out-of-order water/ice dispenser became the unfortunate norm, as no one seemed available to address these issues promptly. For an accommodation costing $400 USD per night, I expected a level of service and customer care that was sorely lacking. The disconnect between the quality of the physical space and the management's indifference left me with a less-than-satisfactory experience. I hope that the management can take steps to improve their responsiveness and attention to guest concerns in the future.

Great for a somewhat secluded, quiet stay that is still near the downtown area, which is about a 15-20 minute walk along the water. There also are a couple cafes and restaurants along the water that are 5-10 minute walks alway. Sunsets are beautiful from the ocean view suites, or the outdoor sitting area for those without an ocean view. There is also a boardwalk (that unfortunately was closed for construction during our stay) but looks nice. You can tell the suite is a bit dated and the cleanliness could be better. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star resort, more so 3.5-4 but I still enjoyed the stay. The front desk ladies were very friendly and accommodating.

The property was in nice quiet area, 20min walk into airlie along the boardwalk. Staff at reception helpful Unfortunately the condition of the units fixtures were ripped, dirty, smokers covered up the alarm, i was disappointed.

This property was so disappointing and we left after 1 night of our week long booking. The unit we stayed in was very poorly maintained. The furniture was damaged, curtains missing and the bathrooms covered in mould. There was also very noisy construction work happening outside our apartment, which we were not informed of prior to our arrival.

Apologises about the WIFI. It's not been a quick fix to have the whole system replaced. But we are upgrading so we can provide a better service. So happy you found the apartment comfort and cosy. Not to mention the views....

We enjoyed our stay overall but there were a few things. We had a full dishwasher of dirty dishes to wash when we got there and dish washing items were very basic. We ended up buying our own cloths, detergent and brush. Room size was great, couch was a bit yuck probably due to the humid climate. The distance to town is walkable on a great path, but it is a bit of a distance, but the location allowed us to have a decent walk whichever way you went. We would probably stay again if we came back to Airlie Beach

We stayed there in 2017 and it was great . The apartment we just stayed in (318) is getting a bit run down, the skirting boards are delaminating, the floor tiles are drummy, the toilet roll holders are loose, there was no coffee table , no TV in the main bedroom , there was no barbecue but there was a sign saying you must clean the barbecue , the coffee milk frother had burnt on milk which would not scrub off (but it did at least have an Nespresso machine) and it was generally not up to a standard you would reasonably expect in this price range. In a word disappointing.

When checking in they asked for a security bond- I had paid in full but was surprised by this . I did do it and mentioned it was not right to ask this given there is no mini bar. The state of the room is old and damaged. Parts not clean. they should have paid me to stay there. Location good- but tired cleaners and just no attention to details. EG the BBQ top- curtains - microwave- and lots more. Just yuck.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom penthouse. All the glasses in the cupboard had wine stains on them from previous guests. Curtains were dusty as anything. Balcony covered in dust and clearly not washed between bookings. The room layout was weird as anything. Only redeeming feature was the view. This is an incredibly outdated complex. Book elsewhere if you’re expecting a 4-5 star stay.

Beautiful property, our four bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and exceptionally well appointed. The grounds are beautifully manicured and with a large pool area. The location is perfect right on the board walk and close to the Coral Sea Marina. We had a wonderful stay.

Das Apartment war an sich wirklich schön. Einzig die Badezimmer müssten wirklich renoviert werden. Vielerorts Kalk und unschöne Fugen. Hier gibt es handlungsbedarf. Mit dem Staubwischer müsste man mal wieder gründlich durch in den anderen Räumen (Küche/Wohn-/Schlafzimmer), aber es war sicher nicht dreckig (wie teils in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt). Der Herr an der Rezeption beim Check-In war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Parking ist gedeckt und direkt bei den Apartments. Es empfiehlt sich ein Auto zu haben, damit man innert 3 Minuten Fahrt ins Zentrum gelangt.

The property had a large deck on the front which offered a small view of the Marina. Unfortunately, that was about it for quality. The furniture was old and didn't match. The bathrooms were very small and the whole unit was like a rabbit warren. The smoker downstairs meant that sitting on the deck wasn't pleasant. Certainly not worth the $600 per night!!
