Notre donnait sur la rue très passante. Très désagréable pour dormir puisqu’il y a du trafic très tard le soir. Le petit déjeuner compris n’était pas très bon.

Great for a night’s stay, enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day wine tasting! Staff were super helpful. The pool bar wasn’t open and only one firepit was working that night - but can’t fault anything else and will be staying again.

I was told I had to pay a fee to check in at 2pm even though my room was ready Also room was cleaned on third day of stay only even though I requested cleaning earlier. And cleaning was poor. As excuse I was handed a flyer that I did not receive upon arrival that said only clean room on third day of stay.

The managers son at front desk said about 10 words to us checking in. Pointed finger to where our room was located. (Very rude and non talkative). Next day at 09:30 cleaning staff at our door wanting in. Check out 11 AM. Left cleaning cart in front of our door, made very difficult getting out with suit cases. Would not recommend this place because of very rude staff.

The Sandman is conveniently located near HWY 101. The property was an older motel that was renovated to a more modern standard. The rooms are nice and extremely clean. We had an accessible room that was very comfortable. Breakfast was dismal, with the eggs and meats cooked in a microwave. There were selections of cereal and yogurt, bagels, and croissants. Coffee was available, but the tea selection was limited to green tea. I felt the two desk clerks I dealt with at check-in and checkout were very young, inexperienced, unfriendly, and not trained. This is an excellent place for an overnight stop, but I wouldn't stay there for any length of time.

They gave away my ADA compliment room I reserved and was confirmed. I’m disabled. Property mgr questioned my disability. Put in back corner of hotel where sketchy people hanging out. I’m elderly as well as disabled. Spent about less than hour there and checked out and asked for a refund. I do not recommend this place.

Staff said breakfast was 6am-9am. I got up early went to breakfast and maid said they dont open breakfast untill 7am. Staff Completely lied. False advertisements on breakfast, website shows pastries, waffles and bagels. They had none of that, property was not as nice a pictures show, also game room is closed but advertised as open.
