Pratique pour aller ensuite faire du ski à Perisher, location de ski et possibilité de prendre les tickets de remontés en face. chambre et salle de bain rénovée, chambre style dortoir.

Gorgeous view from the window of the accomodation of Lake Jindabyne. Lovely walking trail by the lake. Swimming opportunities too.

Great views of the lake. Super comfy bed, modern bathroom with a cooked breakfast to start the day, centrally located to shops and restaurants. We ate upstairs at the pub the second night. Meals were fantastic, good size tasty and fresh vegetables cooked well. Staff were friendly and helpful and plenty of pool tables. Regret going to other pub night before.

We’d been hiking in the mountains and needed a place to stay. It’s pretty basic but doesn’t pretend to be anything more than it is. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Music too loud
The noise from the pub was unbearable on Friday night. I was in room 19, the bass from the music gave me a headache. No one could sleep including my two kids. So disappointing for the money I paid

Very little parking. Beds were comfortable. For the price I would have expected they could have actually made up the beds rather than placed sheets on them. no linen change except for a clean bathmat.

Nice place to stay for Mount Koaciuszko hike
We stayed for 2 nights to hike Mount Kosciuszko. Free breakfast is much appreciated. The single bed is very basic. No shampoo or condition.

I understand that staff are hard to find at the moment, but the level of housekeeping was woeful. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for some because the HK failed to notice! Towels weren't changed unless we left them in a heap at the door so that the HK would notice that they were sodden and needed replacing. We paid over $600 per night and I wonder how they can justify such a hefty rate when the service is so lacking? Surely if you lack sufficient staff then you give your customers a discount?

Hi Donna, thanks for the feedback. Times are difficult with staff shortages here in the snowy mountains and in the hospitality industry nationwide. Towels on the floor are exactly where we needed them to ensure they are replaced. In future please feel free to contact Reception or the Duty Manager in the Bar to alert us to your concerns so we have the opportunity to resolve the issues you were having.

Convenient place to stay and cost was fair as it included a complimentary hot breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the AirCon was awesome. Room could have been a bit cleaner - some cobwebs and bugs. The water glass in the bathroom was dirty. Overall though for an overnight stay it was good.

The main reason we booked the hotel was the service and staff there. The staff were very obliging, assisting us with all of our requirements, the service was exceptional.

Great family hotel
Convenient location and spacious room. Very satisfying hot breakfast in the separate dining room each morning provided a great start to the day. The bar with huge screen TVs, bistro with delicious menu selection and authentic Thai meals cooked to order were a bonus. The only minor improvement would be the inconsistent cleaning of our room, but management was quick to resolve any concerns.

Absolutely beautiful room with amazing lake views. Our kids could go straight out the back onto the grass and a couple of hundred metres to the park. Absolutely stunning spot. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Lovin' A Lake View !
Just stayed 1 night ... was perfect location looking over the lake from the room. Old 50s / 60s style motel type of building (which was good, lots of windows), very well maintained. Would stay there again for sure :-)
