Only an overnight stay on the way home to experience Sirmione for the first time. We had an enjoyable stay with half board although it was hot and no aircon in the room, but slept with open balcony doors. Personel at the hotel were all very welcoming.

HOTEL bien situé environnement bien et calme ; piscine trop froide pas chauffé l’accueil chaleureux personnel très gentil nous étions en demi pension et c'est un grand regrets car le dîner était médiocre pas a la hauteur d'un trois étoiles la chambre simple!!!mal insonorisé :: SDB aussi le bruit du ventilateur qui était desagreable on pense retourner dans cette région qui formidable mais pas dans cet hotel

Situation exceptionnelle : au calme mais dans la vieille ville (on peut y aller en voiture en présentant sa réservation au gardien). Vue sur la mer, chambre spacieuse.

Absolutely amazing stay, the hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. Our room was a lake view and was great to wake up and sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights. Really easily accessible and in a great quiet area. We will definitely be visiting again.

Für ein 3Sterne Hotel ist es ein wirklich schönes Hotel in wirklich schöner Lage! Das Personal und der Service sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle jedem dieses Hotel. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, dies macht der Seeblick jedoch wieder gut :) Gern wieder! Der Weg dorthin war beim ersten Mal ein Abenteuer, aber beim zweiten Mal nimmt man es recht gelassen.

Camere un po retro ma tenute bene, curate e soprattutto pulite! Salone con vista sul bellissimo giardino, tanto verde, veramente due passi dalle terme. Ottimo!

Ett fantastiskt hotell i en otrolig omgivning
Ett fantastiskt hotell i ett otroligt fint område i Sirmione Italien. Har en mycket bra frukostbuffé. Dessutom är hotellet mycket prisvärt. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

Hotel was good, court yard room looks into a brick wall. The standard room doesn’t come with a fridge. However they will provide one at no charge, room air conditioner it turned off after peak period. Hotel is in a great location close to shopping and cafes.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima posizione per vicinanza Terme , centro e grotte di Catullo. Ottima Cordialità e disponibilità del personale. A colazione non manca nulla. Bel giardino con piscina. Se capita ci ritorneremo.

Hotell Désirée var kjempebra. Rent og pent, god størrelse på rommet og en fantastisk utsikt over Gardasjøen. Veldig hyggelig personale med veldig god service. Flott at vi kunne parkere rett utenfor hotellet. Noen meter å gå til restauranter og butikker.

Wonderful location.
Nice, clean hotel with a lovely swimming pool. Perfect location to walk to the ruins at the end of the peninsula, as well as the town center in the middle.

Perfect location, staff were great, along with the breakfast! However it could do with a fridge in the room especially when its 35 degree heat and I was also unaware of the 70 euro parking fee plus 15 tax. Apart from that it was lovely.

Wonderful hotel, views WOW!
Myself and my family visited this hotel for a family holiday over the second May bank holiday (UK) I booked it in July last year and it was well worth the wait the staff special mentioned to Jacqueline & Alina on reception they are super helpful they are so welcoming and it’s just what you need when you come back after a long day of sightseeing or if you need assistance for the family, in this particular case they were amazing. The room I selected for us, was mid range with Lakeview is it did not disappoint. I will miss not waking up to that every day. The breakfast is mainly Continental but they do have a variety of eggs to help you if you need that hot fix Nunzio and Monica are brilliant when you wander down half asleep give it a day and they will remember what had a hot drink you want whether it is “chocolata” or “caffè”. The spread is constantly monitored and refreshed and if you are lucky you might get last night’s chocolate cake for breakfast yay! the hotel parking offered is a very reasonable fee if you make it that far! the road into Sirmione, it’s not for the faint hearted but it’s well worth it and for the views alone! we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning listening to the birds staring at the lake enjoying the quiet. The oasis is relaxing and well worth a visit too. I would also like to say a big thank you to the director, he is very helpful and is always on hand to assist, I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for a fab holiday!

Good location away from the central town zoo, but within easy walking distance. Excellent breakfast and dinner included which in themselves would have probably cost as much in town as our entire hotel bill.

Wunderschöne Lage. Die Zimmer mit Seesicht sind renoviert und die Betten angenehm. Die Lichtverhältnisse im Bad sind mangelhaft. Auf dem Balkon hat man leider keinerlei Privatsphäre , da kein seitlicher Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn vorhanden ist. Im Zimmer hat man kein Wlan. Die Verbindung gelingt nur knapp, wenn man bei der Reception steht..... Der Aussenpool liegt in einer sehr schönen Gartenanlage . Dort kann man wunderbar ausruhen und träumen.

Hotel im herzen von Sirmione
Hotel war ok, Frühstückspersonal top, dafür Rezeption weniger hilfsbereit. Leider keine Heizung obwohl immer zw. 10-17 grad?! Nach einer Rückmeldung unsererseits würden wir angelogen - die Heizung läuft am Nachmittag ab 14 Uhr, später haben wir erfahren, dass es einen Zeitraum in Italien gibt, in dem Hotels keine Heizung mehr einschalten müssen.. Einfahrt zum Hotel am Wochenende/Feiertag & Hochsaison nur stundenweise möglich, dh jeder Tag muss geplant werden.....

NON CONSIGLIATO: tapparella finestra non funzionante, linea telefono inesistente ( poi riparata), parcheggio extra ( precedentemente incluso nel prezzo), aria condizionata inesistente ( faceva molto freddo ,solo dalle 19 alle 24, dopo ns richiesta, azionato ventola per riscaldare la camera piccola e stretta), bagno piccolo ( con un piccolo termosifone nascosto dietro la porta spento che dopo ns richiesta è stato acceso)

Изначально не повезло - попались шумные и курящие соседи. Т.к. ресепшн работает до 23.30 было не понятно кому жаловаться. В номере нет ни одного зеркала в полный рост. В ванной тусклый свет - чтобы примерить платье к ужину приходилось выходить в корридор. Завтрак обычный для итальянского 3*** отеля (в смысле кроме сладостей есть нечего). Из плюсов - комнаты чистые, просторный чистый душ, удобные кровати, достаточно места в гардеробе. Наличие парковки перед отелем, хоть и платной (10£). У меня была комната с видом на озеро - приятно просыпаться и любоваться рассветом))
