Cozy 4Bedroom Home Minutes from Airport & Downtown

Your group will enjoy this cozy yet spacious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. “All Hands On Deck” is a clean, open and airy home nestled in a quite neighbor hood in the northeast side of Sioux Fall. This home sits on a beautiful corner lot and has 3 large decks for you to enjoy a book, a beverage and the warmth of a fire table. You will be a 3 minute drive from Sioux Falls Regional Airport, 2 minutes from downtown, 4 minutes from the Denny Sanford Arena, 3 minutes from Falls Park, and much more.
The space
The space has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main floor, you’ll have your pick between 2 beautiful bedrooms. The bedrooms are large and both have a queen size bed with large closets and windows for natural light. The design of these rooms are clean yet fun and offer guest a gorgeous sight to wake up to each morning. On the main floor you guest have a bright, clean restroom with full shower and tub. The toilets in both bathrooms are slow close, so no more loud bangs to scare you!
One of the most beautiful spaces to hangout out in the house is the living room. It’s spacious, yet cozy. There’s numerous different styles highlighted in the living room, so there is truly something for everyone. It’s very modern with touches of boho, contemporary, industrial, and even some farmhouse. Off the living room to the east is a large covered deck that makes for a cool, relaxing place to have a morning coffee or a late night drink around the fire table. The deck is surrounded by a large fenced in yard where you can play yard games or just sit up and watch your fury friend explore the yard.
Back through the sliding door and through the living room you’ll find a large kitchen complete with appliances, a coffee bar, and a dinner area for a small group. The main entry door is on the kitchens western wall. It leads to a 2nd large deck with seating, and to the driveway.
A flight of stairs off the side of the kitchen will take you to the lower level where you will find a master bedroom with an designated office space, and large walk-in closet. The room offers a warm ambiance and more privacy away from the rest of the house. A 2nd bedroom on the lower level hosts 2 single beds. The room has a large wall in closet that can accommodate 2 people. Throughout the lower level you will find beautiful art work that is captivating to the eye. The 2 rooms on the lower level share a bright and clean full bathroom for you to freshen up in before a night on the town, or meeting up with family and friends. The lower level has a big laundry room with large washer and dryer for your use. Lastly, other then the 2 decks that are located on both the east and west sides of the house, there’s also a 3rd deck on the north side of the house. North, east or west, just about anywhere you’ll go there’s a newly built deck to kick back and relax on.

Guest access
The main entry door and access point is the door on the side of the driveway. It’s located on the westward side of the house. Upon your arrival please text Ashford for the door code to gain access to the westward door.

In the living room there is the front door. This will be labeled “Do Not Use”. This door is to be closed at all times. Please use the westward door for main entry and exit. The sliding glass door leads to the large covered deck and steps down into a big fenced in backyard. Please be sure to lock the sliding glass door when no one is home:)
Other things to note
Although dogs are acceptable, please inform me of how many dogs, breed of dog and size of dog you will have with you. I will be quick to respond! NO MORE then 2 dogs allowed per stay. If there are more than 2 dogs, an additional cleaning fee of $50 for every dog after the 2nd will be charged. I know how important our dogs are to us, but to keep the space in pristine condition for each guest, limits are set in place.

No smoking on the premises otherwise you will be charged $200.

10 guests can occupy the space. Any additional guest past 10 will be an additional $35 charge per guest. Please contact me before booking and notify me of any additional guests. If notified prior to arrival typically I can accommodate.
