Les + : i thought it was clean
Les - : as above
saddly, was really good first time. I thought i was a regular.. but, the carpets, couch were horribly smelly. was i given a smoker room??? shower, no screen? just curtain? - sorry, but this is really bad

Very comfortable 2 night stay. Some confusion at reception about whether i needed a different security card on 2nd night.

Les + : comfortable, clean and dark.
Les - : parking
Bed comfortable - no problems, nice and dark for morning sleep in. Disappointed that I couldn't get a park in building area so had to park on the street - had to make multiple trips back to the room - car as I didn't want to leave items in the car. Otherwise the room was good.

Great place to stay

Les + : Location, easy to deal with, where possible assisted with earlier check-in.
Les - : We had problems with the key card access system - makes it hard when people come beck to rooms at various times.
Very helpful staff. We got to Shepp about 12:30 and were able to access rooms earlier than check-in time. Rooms were excellent and clean. Second time we have stayed there and will continue to do each time visiting Shepp.

surprise wake up call!

Nice and clean and comfortable like all Quests, but the child working at reception didn't put through the late checkout properly and we were woken after a late night by the cleaners barging into the room which wasn't a nice surprise. Other than that, no issues and a decent hotel.

Had to Change first room due to a ghastly odor coming from the bar fridge was disgusting

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you by the drain odour in your apartment. The bar fridge in that apartment had broken and has since been replaced. Efficient and friendly service

Rooms are well designed with plenty of space. A few tips though - if you stay during hot weather, ask for the air conditioning to be turned on well in advance of your arrival. The bedrooms could do with a ceiling fan as the air conditioner doesn't quite reach them very well.
