Hi…Everything was as expected in a Quest apartment. Unfortunately the shower was terrible, only a dribble. Management need to look at this..

When signing in person on desk was quite abrupt and with only a perfunctory welcome. Biggest shock was the absolute filth around the shower door. It hadn’t had a genuine clean for some time. Also the noise from the next room was quite evident (we were in a room that had a connecting door- avoid this).

Great location. Close to the beautiful lake. A short walk into the cbd. Always a parking space. Rooms were clean and comfortable with friendly staff

Bathroom had a tub bath/shower combination. Being older it was difficult getting into and out of the stall. Overpriced for what i got. Wont be staying here again. There are plenty of other options available in the area.

A large hotel like this should really be manned 24th it’s. Noisy, drunken neighbours ruined our weekend.

Hello Jacqui, Thank you for your review. Although reception is not manned 24hrs, we do have a manager who is on call after hours that could have dealt with the noisy guests immediately. Once we were made aware by another guest, they were evicted. We are sorry the actions of the inconsiderate guests affected your stay.

The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was disgusting. The shower had mold and mildew all over it, and there was SNOT on the shower walls...two of them. Soooo disgusting. And a massive white again on one of the seats. Won't ever stay here again. And Expedia should reconsider advertising this property.

Hello Jose. Thank you for your review and feedback. I can assure you the sheets were clean as all our linen is supplied by a very reputable linen supplier. I have passed on your feedback to our housekeeping dept to ensure all linen that is not perfect is not used and sent back to the linen supplier so this does not happen again.

Great location. Building and rooms in need of a upgrade- furniture in our room was chipped and broken. Sofas dirty with food crusted on them. Kitchen stank of old grease - filters /air extractor fan need replacing. Just a bit worn - expected more from Quest esp given price.

Good Location
The room was small, clean with a small kitchenette which we didn't use during our stay. We had the king bed and it was comfortable. It was not as quiet as we hope for as the room was on the 1st floor facing the street. But we stayed in worse noisy rooms before, so this was not as bad since there were not too many cars on the road during our stay. It was very conveniently located - 5 mins walk to the beautiful Victoria Park Lake, 15 min walk across the park to SAM (Shepparton Art Museum), 5 min walk to the native reserve, and walking distance to the town center (Aldi and Dan Murphy are just behind it). So, all in all, we had a pleasant stay.. but if we are to stay there next time, I will book for a room in a higher level.

Friendly Helpful Staff & a Spacious Room
Great hotel, nice & clean with off street parking, although it is first come first served so if you leave and come back there may not be a space. The rooms were lovely and spacious and even though I was there for work they would really suit a family on holidays. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very pleasant and helpful too
