READ BEFORE BOOKING
Do not book a room in this hotel. Every room is the same : - dirty carpets (mold stains) - bathroom is not clearly separated from the room. You don’t have privacy from the room. It adds to the humidity. - terrible smell - humid bed sheets - noises from the building pipes - leaking pipes We told the manager about these problems. They tried to show us other rooms but the problems remained. They said that the reason for these problems were that the hotel is old and was planned for renovation. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great hotel to stay in ITAEWON
The location is perfect for people enjoying night life and the room was comfortable (a bit noisy but its ITAEWON lol). The bathroom was pretty and big enough as the room. Staff was welcoming and the cleaning staff was really nice. + providing great hair conditioner ! - i didn't get a bathrobe (but its alright i got a lot of towels ㅋㅋ) Overall i enjoyed my stay !

Situé dans un quartier sympa. Proche du métro. Personnel aimable et accueillant. Le seul point négatif est l'odeur de tabac dans le couloir. Mais la chambre était propre et confortable.

Excellent hôtel, accueil plus decontacte et cadre plus contemporain que l adresse de Gangnam. Et parfait pour séjourner a Itaewon.

Bien placé dans un quartier vivant (surtout la nuit). Les chambres sont grandes mais nécessite un rafraîchissement. WIFI marche très bien. décoration sympathique, salle de bain grande. Il y a la moquette dans les couloirs et c'est très sombre. on sent la cigarette dans les parties communes. accueil agréable et lobby avec des balançoires. Hotel vous offre une bouteille d'eau par personne. Chambre bien isolé.

This hotel is well located in the city but unfortunately just place above a club discotheque, which means a lot of noise and even smells in your room without possibility to sleep.

Was close enough to Itaewon station to be convenient to get around but be away from the louder clubs. Room had mirrors in every wa which took a bit of getting used to and the aircon didn’t seem to want to cool the room down. However had a pleasant stay.

Cleaners mistook one of my fiancée's earbuds for rubbish and threw it out. Staff were incredibly evasive about handling the situation, and the manager wanted to "check" our room in case we were incapable of finding it ourselves. Do not go here if you value your valuables.

今まで何度かホテルにお世話になっていましたが、初めてカーテンを開けると､隣の家の窓なんて…外の光を浴びる事は出来なかった。 そして、外出中に、なぜかスーツケースが開けられていて、財布が他のバックに入れられていた。盗らたまのはなかったが、ショックで持病のパニック症を発症してしまい、出発日は、チェックアウトの時間を延ばすことになった。ホスピタリティがしっかりしたホテルなので、信頼はしているが、今後は、気をつけないといけないと思っている。結果、誰が入ってスーツケースを開けたかは､わからない。ホテルの従業員の方々ではないとと思っています。次回も､ホテルは利用する予定です。

Yes, there are rooms that are quirky, and on the Weekends one might hear some bass from the club (or notice that neighboring guest ignoring the non-smoking signs), yet the overall stay at this hotel is really good. Comfy bed, spacious room, very thorough ladies cleaning the room, fabulous view, and even better location.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The only downsides was there was no microwave and only one drawer in the closet to put our clothes in. It was very clean and nice, the staff was responsive and very helpful.
