Staff is so friendly and helpful. Property was clean and the room was amazing! Hot water for shower was immediate and it is close to everything. Love this hotel. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again.

Prior to arriving I talked to William who was absolutely amazing. Check in was seem less and we had the best room available so no need to offer us an upgrade. All the staff were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. My husband and I have been coming to Seattle every year since 2018 and we always stay here. I brought my friend this time to celebrate her birthday. We will continue to come. We miss having the bar/snack option but we did find out that it will be returning soon. Yay! Love the new reusable water bottles, wish it came with two but no big deal as I typically bring my own reusable. Love the new coasters too! We will certainly be coming back.

If location and affordability trumps all for you, this may be your place. Unfortunately, we found the pro's of the hotel's walkability and price tag to not be worth the con's experienced during our stay. Upon arrival we learned that the hotel gym was under construction and that Seattle's noise bylaw allows construction noise to start as early as 7am. The hotel, despite its knowledge that many of their patrons would still be asleep at that hour, elected to allow their tradespeople to start work promptly at 7am. Given the hotel's age, noise dampening is poor and the construction was very loud from our 2nd floor room. When I noted this to the reception staff after our first night, I was met with a shrug and a "I didn’t know they were coming today" response, and offered a room on another floor which "may or may not be quieter." We were told our room was already on the "quiet side of the building" and that changing floors likely wouldn't alleviate the construction noise coming from the gym. We declined the room change given the annoyance of moving rooms without much of a chance that the second room would be quieter. We also found the shower in our room disappointing. The bathtub would not drain properly, so after ~3 mins in the shower you'd be standing in water up to your ankles that would drain 15 minutes after the shower was turned off. The shower head also sprayed up and over the shower curtain and soaked the floor of the bathroom. We'll be staying elsewhere next time ☹️

Great value: this hotel is packed with amenities for the price that you pay (including in-room coffee and tea, complimentary treats and beverage on check-in, included wifi, large tv, and many othera). The full commitment to the pineapple theme (down to the toilet paper!) is light-hearted, whimsical and fun, and perfect to set those vacation vibes (not to mention that the splashes of colour are great mood boosters in the rainy city). Service was warm, friendly and efficient - they made our stay in the city so welcoming. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Every time I go to Seattle, this is where I always stay! The blankets they have in their rooms make it easy to get quality rest and be ready for the next day. Next time I visit, I’ll definitely be staying here!

Overall the place is quite nice, but check in started off with some bumps. Waited about 5-10 minutes for someone to get us checked in as the only person at the desk when we got there at 6/7pm was a housekeeper. Fees out the waazoo. Make sure you have an extra $120/night on top of already prepaying for your room. Amenity fee, parking fee, etc. Once we got to our room, it was okay. Highlight had to be the linens, they were soft and plush but our bed cover, a flat sheet, pulled back to show a dark urine stain by the top of the bed. Additionally, one of the dispensers for soap in the shower fell off the wall and broke showing it had mold in it when I tried to pump it to get product while taking a shower. Housekeeping took a few hours to get to our room even after we vacated to go walk around town. Thankfully, once we got back, we had a fresh clean room with new linens and the soap dispenser replaced. Overall, I really like the vibe and feel of the place but transparency about the actual cost when booking, cleanliness, and response time to requests could be better.

Having stayed here several times, the service is always exceptional. The hotel is located near many coffee shops and restaurants that are all easy to walk to. Being downtown in can a bit noisy, but that's to be expected.

This was our second time staying. Everything was as great as we remembered. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the bar/kitchen was closed (due to Covid restrictions?), and the gym was closed as well. We were well aware of the additional surcharge, but there were no amenities except for the complimentary drink/water bottles, and a game room. Nevertheless, a nice place to stay, convenient and within walking distance to all the tourist hot spots.

We checked in on a Thursday. I did precheck in so keys were ready. We got to the hotel around 10 pm. We then went to look for food. Most things were closed. We came in from California so that's unusual for us. no biggie we had a rental car and could drive. When we came back from and were eating in the room our tv was not working. We trying to unplug and replug but nothing. We went downstairs to the front desk and the person working had just lost her phone and was a bit distraught. She ended up getting us a new room but had to unprogram keys. So I had to move all the stuff and carry my son while trying to ensure I was not locked out of the old room. New room TV worked- YAY but could not get the apps to work. Didn't matter we ended up watching videos on my computer. The stay was fine except there was no ice 2 times and one of the elevators broke so it would not take you to the 2nd floor (of course my floor). My car got stolen while I was gone so we had to check out early since we changed out flight. That was a mistake because I paid expedia for the reservation and then I had 2 charges from the hotel for $393. I call and they refunded it and today they have charged me $580. I called again and they said I need to wait a week. I was never given a receipt of my charges and now am having to wait another week or more for a refund of something I should have never been charged for.

The front desk staff were nice, but the extra fees for parking and amenities daily were so expensive. I was shocked. What started as a reasonable room rate turned into a huge expense for a low budget looking hotel. They also brought us new towels but didn’t take the used ones away. We won’t return.

This hotel is walking distance to Space Needle/Chihuly/Museum of PopCulture as well as Pike Place Market - great downtown location. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Also liked the complimentary water and cookies but just be aware that you get charged for “amenities” (includes wifi) on top of the low nightly price and parking is quite expensive ($42/night). You need to request a mini fridge and there’s no restaurant on site - though there are plenty of food options nearby. Overall, not a bad place to stay!
