thank you for taking time to leave a comment for us.
I would like to remind you that you never paid anything for breakfast as all of our guest having free breakfast wich is always included to the rate of your room. Then if you had any experence with linking water and e.t.c we would have fixed it.
We really believe that this is a comment for another location.

Regarding your comment about the morning staff during breakfast .Kindly inform you upon arrival and as clearly stated on line as well ,our breakfast starts at 08:00 am .You were at the breakfast area at 07:15 everyday and my collogues were happy to allow you,to grab a coffee to start your day .They have kindly explained ,as you would like to have the breakfast at so early that you have to wait till they will make preparations at the buffet and the breakfast will be ready at 08:00 as you already been aware .The last day of your departure you were at the breakfast area earlier than the normal(07:15 am )as you had to leave early .I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you ,but you have to understand that each property when they sated a standard time like in our occasion the breakfast, There are preparations that has to be made in order everything be ready and in time for the guests.Warmest regards,Hatzistavrou Margarita Operation Manager

Thank you so much for taking time and share your experience at callia retreat hotel .Kindly inform you that .Although your reservation was for 3 people and you have informed us the same day of arrival that you are 4 people and that
was the reason that you had to book onother propert as well, because you were more people than the acceptable occupancy of the room that you have booked . Afterwards we realised that were not the person who made the reservation but a friend of yours and you asked even to change the name of the reservation . all them without any warning or request before arrival .Although you were not the person who made the reservation we have accepted you as a main visitor due to the circumstances .
The room that you have booked was Junior triple suite with double bed and a sofa bed .As you can see from the description of the room nowhere mentioned that the sofa bed is in separate bedroom as you have requested upon your stay with us .
The size of room was very clearly mentioned through the site the reservation is made and if the person who made the reservation as you were not you,did not informed and you had another expectations is not us to blame for .Upon your arrival we have informed you about the measures and the the legal actions have been taken from hotel due to the guidliness from Greek Ministry of tourism regarding the spread of Covid-19 .
One of them is that is not allowed the daily cleaning of the housekeeper in order to avoid the spread of Covid-19 and ensuring proper hygiene and complete protection of our guests . you agreed and you have signed the relevant document .Our front desk manager the same day that you mentioned that you needed toiletries asked you if you need something for your room in order to ensure that you have all the necessaries but you answered that you are okay .Secondly, although the reception is not open 24 hours you as you were informed upon your arrival there is a relevant announcement in a visible place. You have contacted with us for toiletries (although you told us that you don't need ) and someone immediately came although was out of reception hours .
The second measure In order to maximize safety and reduce the contact between guests and staff is that no visitors are allowed except the guests of the property .For the same reason we are using the 50% of the rooms of our property .So when you came to the property with a group of people without even ask again we had a very serious reason very kindly attended you that no visitors are allowed in the property .
We totally respect your attitude , regarding this situation but we will never overlook our policies and our responsibilities to our guest safety and we

We have taken good note of your feedback which was not quite to your expectations. We are surprised by your remarks as we are passionate hoteliers and our top priority is our guests well-being during their stay. We pay a lot of attention to the quality of our service.
To start With :Your accommodation was for 1 night you came a night before your arrival as you got confused and as we were fully booked we helped you find somewhere else to stay .You booked next door hotel and as we have been informed you were also disatisied with it .
Next day you came for check in and a showed you one of our best Junior Suite and you asked something with better view (kindly note that the room was on the pool area and according to the description of the room taht you have booked the view is on pool or the city).I was more than happy to change you room in a room that faced the east side of the island .
Nobody helped your suitcase(small size with rolers) to your room as the room was on ground floor without any stairs .
Actualy we have never advertised that we have this kind of service .
Fortunately regarding to the 98% of our guest they are really satisfy with their choice stay with us .As you can see from our reviews
As you mentioned about the duvet i will not answer to it as is really offensive for us the high score of the reviews so far for the cleanliness and the breakfast from our guests testify the truth
As a conclussion is unfair for a stay of couple of hours to post a defamatory review for our property if you had higher expecation you should be more object
