très bruyant
nous sommes aller hors saison et déjà bruyant on entend les voisins du dessus bouger les sièges comme si il été dans la même pièces en pleine saison je n'ose pas imaginer le bruit dommage car endroit vraiment sympa bien situer personnel sympa

Appartement enclavé au RDC d'un ensemble immobilier, vue sur un mur en béton. de 5 m de haut. Très propre à notre arrivée mais mal entretenu par la suite ( ménage prévu tous les jours, fait seulement 3 fois pendant notre séjour de 10 jours ), mauvaise insonorisation du bâtiment. Appareil TV préhistorique qui ne reçoit que des chaines en Espagnol ( rien d'autre, même pas en Anglais ) Bac à douche trop petit 70x70cm. Lits jumeaux inconfortables et baladeurs car pas de blocage des roulettes

Vi har vært her flere ganger. Hvis man har ordentlig flaks, så får man en leilighet med sol på balkongen. De aller fleste har aldri en solstrål noe sted. Man kan ikke bestille på solsiden. Betjeningen snakker svært dårlig engelsk (bortsett fra en eldre, hyggelig mann). Wifi er elendig. Leilighetene har svært lite kjøkkenutstyr, så det er ikke lett å lage annet enn frokost. Rent bassengområde med en bar. Ikke forvent de beste cocktailene, forvent heller ikke samtale på engelsk med bartenderen. Men du får kjøpt iskrem. Beliggenheten er flott, med dagligvarebutikk og flere restauranter like ved. Vi har testet både tysk, italiensk og indisk . Alle er gode. Den kinesiske er ok. Ligg unna den ene italienske som heter Night and day. Gratis parkering i gaten, det er alltid en plass å finne.

Love the location! And excellent easy checkin process and we were given an apartment in the block we had previously requested. Many of the sun loungers in the pool area have cracks running down them so could do with being replaced! Would be good to b3 able to get padded covers for the sun lingers too!

Inte värt pengarna!
Aldrig upplevt sådan kyla som vid denna vistelse på den normalt soldränkta och varma ö! Vi blev BESTULNA den första dagen!!! Någon ansåg sig ha bättre behov av vår medicin! Köksluckorna ramlade av, balkongen låg mot norr, oerhört lyhört, soffan var absolut stenhårt så det gällde att sätta sig försiktigt, besticken var knappt så det räckte åt oss två, strumporna blev smutsiga efter en timme (väldigt smutsiga golv), ingen wifi på rummet och sängarna var hårda. Finns säkert mera man kan klaga på men detta var faktiskt en av de värre upplevelser vi haft på Teneriffa. Som plus kan nämnas att personalen var väldigt service-minded och trevlig samt att den fanns hiss. Kan absolut inte rekommendera detta hotell, lägg på en slant och bo någon annanstans!

Good stay
It was great staying in arena suite. Staff are helpful especially Janette. She gaves us some great tips as to where to visit and eat. The room is clean and well equipped. The only few things which need improvement would be the curtains in the living room as it nearly transparent. Also, the local council is fixing the road atm from 8 am onwards which is a little annoying. However I presume this might be over within a week or so. Overall it is a good stay.

Fräscht och fint hotell med bra pool. Rummen var ljusa. Balkongen var bra. Köket hade bra utrustning. Området är lugnt och restauranger fanns att välja på.

Die moderne Anlage ist sehr einfach zum Hotel umgebaut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnungen ist relativ, aber die tägliche Reinigung ist ausreichend. Die Lage ist ruhig und gut.

NO HAY APARCAMIENTO NI WIFI GRATIS
En la descripción del hotel se afirma la existencia de aparcamiento y Wifi gratis. El Wifi es pago, 5€ al día si mal no recuerdo, y hay aparcamiento pero está sin luz y en malas condiciones, por lo que no te dejan aparcar. En cuanto a las instalaciones, los apartamentos son bastante amplios pero no están todos equipados igual. En el que yo me alojé carecía de cafetera y congelador, mientras que el apartamento de al lado si tenía estos electrodomésticos.

On arrival was asked for payment as they said that had not received it from Expedia. Paid but checked with Expedia. Eventually got my money back! The Hotel is modern and light and airy. The room was clean but only had very basic kitchen equipment. No toaster, had to use oven grill. No kettle, had to boil water in a saucepan for a cup of tea. After a while noticed that there seemed to be a lot of noise coming from the apartment next door. It turned out to be a Spanish family( Parents plus three small children) who actually lived in the apartment (Social Housing?). Put up with the shouting and screaming at each other for a while but eventually had to complain to the staff. I was offered a move but decided that as I was out during the day I would see it out. I was in B108 so give it a miss if it allocated to you! Beware also that the free wi fi as advertised is not what it seems. Free is in the reception area for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. To get wi fi in the room cost me 27 euros(more than one device).

Arena Suites is een prima accomodatie. Enigste min puntje vond ik dat het warmwater snel op was,wij waren met 3en en de derde had koud water en er geen overgordijnen hangen in de "woonkamer" waar een slaapbank staat. Verder niks te klagen.

Osittain remontin vallassa oleva hotelli, turvasäilö asennettiin tuloa seuraavana päivänä... Kaikki asiat järjestyi, kahvinkeitin jne. Uima-altaassa viileää vettä, mutta siihenkin tottui nopeasti. Harmillista oli vain se, että parveke sattui sellaiselle kantille, ettei aurinko s paistanut sinne lainkaan.

Nice apartment, shame about the shower.
The rooms overall were adequate for our week in resort. The only downside was the poor shower. The rail was loose on the wall, which could have easily been rectified with new, sturdier wall brackets. The advert stated shower with bath, but there was no bath. The shower tray was small and you had to ensure the shower curtain stayed inside the tray otherwise the floor flooded and was dangerously slippy. The kitchen did not have a kettle, but boiling a pan of water for a cuppa was no real hardship. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Wrong place wrong time.
Only just back from Tenerife or this review / complaint would have been earlier. Booked in November to stay in Feb 2016. On arrival we were told that the place was fully booked. The man at Arena Suites was very pleasant and said he would arrange alternative acc. This he did. The only problem was that instead of quiet acc we were booked in a family complex with loud music being played all day. Our glass of wine on the balcony just didn't happen. We made the best of it but if we were a few years older it would have been a different matter. The complex was at the bottom of a steep hill and to get anywhere the hill had to be 'tackled'. ( no problem for the families on the all inclusive deal which the complex ran) Arena suites stated they had only just received the booking. I can't comment on that only to say it needs looking into.

Basic clean apartment close to the beach
A very clean yet basic apartment, on check in which was about 9pm, the reception lady was new and asked me to pay for the accommodation which I'd already paid for through Expedia. She let me have the room on the condition I saw the manager the next morning. Fortunately it was all sorted eventually but stressed me out for thee first day! If you want a hairdryer, ask when you check in, there aren't any in the apartments and they only seem to have 2 or 3 at reception, I managed to get one the evening before my departure. be aware that the apartments are in a couple of wings and one of these does not get the sun on the balcony at all, might be worth asking for a sun filled balcony in the requests part for the hotel when booking. I would definitely stay here again but ask for a sunny balcony.

La habitación no estaba lista. No había agua caliente porque la caldera de la habitación no funcionaba. No había gel como en el resto de las habitaciones. El olor de la habitación/salón no era bueno tampoco
