Nous sommes désolés de constater que pendant votre séjour vous avez eu des problèmes, mais nous tenons à faire quelques précisions. En ce qui concerne la climatisation, notre personnel est personnellement responsable de la vérification de son bon fonctionnement. Comme expliqué, l’air dans la chambre était fonctionnel. Le problème est que pendant la semaine de votre séjour en Italie, en particulier dans le sud, nous avons atteint des tempatures record : plus de 40 degrés. Conscients du problème, pour rendre votre séjour plus agréable, nous avons mis des climatiseurs dans la chambre en plus de l’installation déjà présente. En ce qui concerne les serviettes, nous pouvons vous assurer qu’elles changent tous les deux jours par rapport aux politiques de protection de l’environnement. Lorsqu’elles sont laissées sur le sol de la salle de bain, elles sont remplacées tous les jours. Si cela n’est pas fait par nos gouvernantes, notre personnel de réception est toujours prêt à fournir des serviettes propres. As explained by our receptionist at check in, our rooms are equipped with everything described on the site (fridge, air conditioning, bathroom with all facilities, television..). Also all the published photos represented truthfully the rooms, so we do not understand what you refer to when you say "not as described on the website". As you said, you received an upgrade because you were assigned a room with a sea view. Instead your reservation was for a Classic room there are only on the ground floor. The room with sea view was not to your liking as it is not accessible by elevator that's why the following day we assigned you a Superior room as it was assigned to your fellow travelers. Finally, we would like to specify that on all booking channels it is specified that we are in a pedestrian square not accessible by car.
