The rooms were not clean and very run down. After checking in I asked for a different room only to be told they didn't have anything available. The property parking lot wasn't full, staff was indifferent and rude. I cancelled my stay and left very disappointing.

We booked the room based on price and location. Our one night stay was very disappointing and next time we are in town we will pay more for a different hotel. The room was barely cleaned. There were used/dirty false eye lashes on the sink, several live roaches, and literal dirt on the walls and doors that could have been easily wiped down. When we arrived the parking lot was empty, aside from our vehicle, so my partner and the kids stepped out to throw a football around for a bit after being stuck in the car for hours. Within minutes, one of the staff began yelling at them telling them to stop. “It’s for parking, not playing”. When the boys mentioned there were no cars currently, he screamed “I SAID NO” so loudly I heard from the room and had to step outside and see what was going on. They stopped and came inside and in the end, it turns out there were two court areas that he could have directed them to instead of screaming! We had no clue. There was a mini fridge and microwave we didn’t use and the beds were decent to sleep in, although the sheets were stained. The AC didn’t work and it was unseasonably warm that night. They did allow us to stay an extra 20min without paying a late check out fee, but all in all, if it wasn’t a holiday and we had more time and money, we would have left immediately and requested a refund. We just felt we had no other choice and that we would push through the one night. We’re not fancy people and this was easily one of our worst hotel stays.

If your need a one night stay on a budget. Pool wasn’t up to par. Looked unkept and our towels were clean but had hair tangled in the threads. The smell of cleaning products also was over bearing And the highway is extremely loud if your saying in the 202 room area

Unterkunft ist leicht in die Jahre gekommen. Personal hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß (3 Km) erreichbar. Bisschen läuft wegen der Hauptstraße vor dem Grundstück.

"WHAT A N IGHTMARE STAY
I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. Blinds WERE DIRTY AND BROKEN. BATHROOM WINDOW HAD GRAFFITTI ON IT.(on the inside 0f the window). THE NEIGHBORING ROOM WERE UP AND LOUD ALL NIGHT. I ASKED THE FRONT DESK MAN IF HE COULD QUIET THEM DOWN. THE ONLY CHAIR IN THE ROOM HAD A BROKEN BACK, WHEN I SAT IN IT I FEEL TO THE FLOOR, LUCKY I DIDN"T HURT MYSELF. BLACK MOLD NEXT TO THE SHOWER. I HAVE PHOTOS OF ALL THE ABOVE. I'M AN 81 YEAR OLD MAN, THIS IS THE WORST CONDITIONED ROOM I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!!

Advertised breakfast but didn't have it. Room was sparse, shower not clean. no shampoo, tissue, thin blanket, only one chair until we complained. Buckets, bottles, and broken soda machine sitting under stairs.

I am very upset by the way i was appreciated as a customer. . I went to check at motel 6 in sm at around 8 pm. And i was denied from doing that. Apparently becuase i was on the do not rent list. I dont know what that even means. And also because i knew the man at the front desk personally.. i feel.like he did it on purpose. He knew he had the power to ruin my night and he did. And u guys could do anything to help me out. U took my money And said i had wait for my money. Im.out here in the cold because i couldn't get a room..because you guy took the lil money i had .
