Good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Mediocre lighting in the room. Minimal amenities. Good buffet breakfast but pricey at $18 per person. Thoughtless and lazy hotel managers. Billing daily items at the hotel store takes forever! A few items don’t have prices on their computer system! Parking is not reserved for hotel guests so sometimes you don’t get a free parking spot. The hotel management doesn’t seem to care. Very disappointed!! ☹️🤦🏻‍♀️☹️

On evenings when we have large events we block of 30+ parking spaces for our hotel guests.This was done for this last large event. My apologies that it was not communicated to you initially. I was informed we did provide that information but after you could not locate a parking spot.We will do a better job of informing our guests when we have large events going forward.Thank you for your business.

Solid hotel with all amenities at reasonable price. But trains start running outside at 6am and their bells mean you don't need an alarm clock!

I came to San Jose for work and stayed for 5 days. The hotel is very close to airport . Very quiet. The bed and pillows are very comfy. The area is probably not the best to walk around but I only drove so it was not an issue for me . The only inconvenience was the parking lot , seems like they have social events during the day and one day I came earlier and couldn’t find where to park . Besides that the hotel was very clean , it’s an old hotel but all worked good and I enjoyed my stay . Check in time is at 4:00 pm , but I was able to check in earlier so that was a plus , since I was very tired . They are also several restaurants in the area within walking distance .

The place is nice and clean. However the front desk personnel needs improvement. I rented a room for my sister who came out of town to a conference in your hotel. The front desk person didn’t want to give her the room because it was under my name. The room was paid in advance. I drove to the hotel and waited in line for about 15 minutes before the lady was able to assist us. Not her fault because she was the only person working. I drove back the same night to drop off some medicine and asked the front desk if I could leave it there for her because she was in the conference. The lady said no. Maybe a busy weekend but definitely not the customer service I am used to receiving from this hotel chain.
