I felt that we should be able to have outside food at the lobby. In addition, coffee should have also been offered. We had to drive 10 mins from the hotel, just to get coffee.

Overall the property was nice, the only complaint I have is the walls are to thin. We were able to hear our neighbors. Like literally every word they were saying. Very annoying. We had to have the tv on the whole time so we wouldnt hear them. Oh and they were up pretty late!

Loved this place. The staff is great. Top notch customer service. The hotel is very safe and clean. Rooms are roomy and very clean. At the price range, it is the best hotel stay in a long time. Would definitely recommend.

This is our favorite spot in Sunnyvale. We frequent for NFL games. Small hotel cozy. Rooms super nice and clean..they have a cool bar downstairs, good food and the pool area is nice they have outside seating with fire pits. We love it there. Staff is super friendly and then bartenders are super fun. For the price and location it's a winner!

Located off of an expressway, with very noisy traffic at all times of day. They allow pets in hotel and rooms - experienced bug bites all over after 1 day (IE fleas), even though had no pets in our room - so it was not clean nor comfortable. Breakfast offered was very expensive, even with the provided coupon. Room key was deactivated prior to check out time and front desk attendant almost did not check ID - manager stepped in and checked instead. Not worth the price compared to surrounding hotel options. Will never stay there again, nor at any Radisson hotels.

During my second stay at this hotel, I found myself rather dissatisfied, primarily due to persistent issues with the WiFi. Despite reaching out to the hotel staff on multiple occasions to address the problem, there was no improvement. The WiFi, in fact, was not working at all, leading to considerable inconvenience. When I sought assistance from the staff, their response was less than satisfactory. They claimed that the WiFi was operational but slow, despite clear evidence suggesting otherwise. This experience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the stay.

When we got to our room, we found a half-finished box of wine in the fridge. There was a large brown smear in the top left corner of the shower near the showerhead. To top it off the tv had terrible connection and flashed the "LG NO SIGNAL" more than the actual tv program. Not to mention the gross cheap breakfast that is free everywhere else cost $15 at your hotel. In general this will be my last time staying at an Radisson hotel.

LONGEST walking distance to the Levi stadium! Hotel was ok. Service is good. Clean room with a mini fridge. My room had two queen beds. Over all not bad.

The wood floor was covered with a sticky dried substance. When we walked into the room, it got on our shoes and tracked it throughout the room. I had to text message the hotel because that is the way they wanted us to communicate. They responded quickly and told us at 8:30 the first morning that the front desk staff would reach out to us and solve the problem. I told them we were leaving to meet our family within the hour, and I never heard from them. I texted them in the afternoon, and they said they went up and cleaned the room. The room should have been spotless before we got there.
