Hôtel très très proche de l'aéroport et de la mer sans en subir les nuisances. Par ailleurs il y a une promenade derrière l'hôtel et en bord de mer assez sympa pour voir les avions décoller ou atterrir, ainsi que voir le soleil se lever le matin, très agréable. En voiture des petits commerces pas trop loin et on est à environ 1/2 heure de San Francisco en voiture (si vous n'avez pas peur de payer pour vous garer !). Petit bémol, les chambres ne sont pas faites tous les jours pour des raisons légitimes d'écologie mais les déchets ont tendance à s'accumuler et il faut demander pour se les faire enlever et j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas avoir été écouté la seconde fois d'où 4 étoiles. Personnel assez froid mais qui fait le job et l'endroit reste très propre et calme. Petit déjeuner continental copieux mais la salle est un poil petite. Parking spacieux et gratuit, un vrai plus. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner.

Short but good
Short and sweet stay in between two flights. Great staff, clean room, nice beds (apart from the pillow). Shuttle to airport every 45 minutes.

Très cher considérant le fait que les planchers étaient mouillés comme s’ils venaient d’être lavés. Odeur de fond de top de cigarettes. Les oreillers étaient des petits coussins carrés de divan avec une taie. Pas d’oreiller supplémentaire pour les jambes. Sur notre liste noir des hôtels à éviter et pourtant nous ne sommes pas les clients les plus difficiles à satisfaire.

La personne qui nous recu le jour ou nous sommes arrivés ( peut etre le manager je n'ai pas eu l'idée de demander son Nom) était désagreable manque de civisme et trés mal poli, il n'a pas une education on dirait, pourquoi , parceque quand je lui avait dit pourquoi vous ne faites le menage chaque jour , il n'a pas aimé et m'a dit tu peux annuler si tu veux. Il a eu la monaie de sa piece comme reponse.

Super rapport qualité prix au moment de ma réservation. Un regret cependant sur le nettoyage de la chambre qui n’était pas compris (cause Covid alléguée) pour un séjour de 4 nuitées.

L’emplacement était correct!! Le personnel n’était pas très souriant mais nous sommes arrivés très tard dut a un retard de vol. La chambre était grande et propre. Un peu bruyant par contre comme l’hôtel est situé très près de l’aéroport! On doit s’attendre à entendre les avions.

L'hôtel devait être très beau il y a quelques années. Il est aujourd'hui vieillissant et a besoin d'être rafraîchi (moquette usée voire sale, rideau de douche déchiré non remplacé). Le petit-déjeuner était compris dans le séjour (ce que la réservation sur Hotels.com n'annoncait pas), heureuse surprise.

Hôtel très agréable, avec une chambre spacieuse et propre et avec vue sur la baie et l'aéroport. Quelques très bons restaurants asiatiques proche de l'hôtel, et on peut se promener à pieds le long de la baie.

Free parking in SF, awesome. Free breakfast in SF, awesome. Price: reasonable. Location: convenient and walkable. Bedding: Uncomfortable. Housekeeping: only upon request, but good. Amenities: none, but didn't care. In-room television: absolutely horrendous. Overall: good for short stays; better than awful downtown San Francisco.

Very substantial breakfast. Comfortable bed. Couldn't get the room temp regulated--seemed as though the thermostat wasn't functional. Windows didn't open either.

For the past few years I have always booked baylanding because I feel comfortable. Only the first time I came back to the bathroom, there was still a lot of hair in the water filter and the hairdryer was broken. Actually, it’s not a problem, but I don’t like the front desk receptionist who works in the morning shift, the few times I met her, she wasn’t friendly (I forgot her name) but I’m happy that the male receptionist who works at night is more welcoming and can accept complaints well. Thank you

We stayed overnight and It was good for the price. The hotel is a bit older but clean. Our room was on the bay side king size bed. The breakfast was good with some hot choice. The staff was extremely helpful. The only negative side was the shuttle services stopped for a few hours from about 1115 to about 2:30-300. Not useful for clients arriving around noon.

Easy access to SFO. Perfect stay for an airport layover, hotel provided shuttle was on time and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and shuttle information. Room was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Gut geeignetes Hotel für einen Stopover in San Francisco. Vom Flughafen zum Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice. Der hat uns auch morgens um 5:30 Uhr zum Flughafen gebracht. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es einige chinesische Restaurants und ein Lobster Restaurant im Factory Style. An der Bay entlang kann man sich Beine vertreten.
