Chambre correcte, piscine à entretenir, bon service de la réception. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées, même si on les laisse sur le sol, on les retrouve pendues ! Il faut demander à la réception. Bon frigo, pas de rangements, ni cintres, ni coffre.

The room was good until I turned the lights on. The beds were damaged, the bed frames were dirty and old food between the frame and mattress. The restroom had a lot of dead flys on the wall and celling. Overall was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! They definitely need to revaluate how they run their hotel.

The property did not felt safe at all. No iron, the all around condition of the room looks so dated, unkempt and disgusting.

The light switch wouldn’t work, the heater worked for 10 minutes and then turned off. When it was on it smelled like pee. I paid for a king size bed and instead had 2 queen beds. (Room smelled bad) I had stayed here before and never had a problem…now I understand why it’s only $100.

I do not recommend it, the customer service at the F.D is horrible, they do not attend to your needs and the truth is they do nothing to help you! It was my experience, the truth is I don't recommend it.

Horrible experience, room was not as advertised, they did a bait and switch. Room was old and dingy, did not look anything like the pictures advertised. Walls were thin to a point that you can hear the other person having a phone conversation in the other room. Plus I was charged $100 for what? No one could tell me

Not what I had expected - Poor!
The queen size 1 bed room was horrible. It didn’t look anything like the picture on their site. Bait and switch. I’ve stayed here many times and never got a room like this. There’s no art design or drawing on the wall, purple accent sheets did not exist. My room had a conjoin door with the room next to me. I could hear the conversation from the wall next to me, I’m sure they were able to hear me as well. Horrible experience, are they under new management? Plus I was charged $100 for what? They never gave me a reason!

Very disappointed in this hotel. We only Stayed one night of are 3 day stay. It was the worst sleep of my life. Bugs coming through the Door , the kitchen sink was clogged The front door lock was loose and the door was cracked.. The bed was very hard and small and unclean. Very disappointed, wish we could have gotten our money back. I never go back there and do not recommend anybody else. Go to any other hotel around there. But not the Hotel Irish in disgusting, very unclean. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Well I can’t Review the property because I wasn’t allowed to check in. They say to call and let them know if you’re checking in after 8pm. Which I did. I called them around 330 to let them know. I go to check in and they say it’s to late to check in. I ask where it says that on the website and he just says he doesn’t know. He says if Expedia calls him they will authorize the refund. When Expedia called the declined to to the refund.

It was very dirty. The shower was extremely dangerous and there was a drain right in the middle of the bathroom smell like sewer.I will never come back here and stay.

No shower curtain????
I’ve stayed here a few times in the past. Every time I stay I get a different room with different weird things. This time my bathroom!!!! It was a jacuzzi tub with a shower head…..no curtain. In the past I’ve had TVs not work or uncomfortable beds….i don’t know why I keep coming back, but I think this was my last stay at hotel iris.

This place is very run down and in bad shape. My first room the bathtub flooded all over the bathroom floor and was bulging up. My second room the toilet was loose and I thought it was going to fall over. The mattress was lumpy. The other people staying in the hotel were strange and loud. This is a very bad hotel
