The suite was roomy and comfortable. The hotel is dated. The sofa bed really needs to be changed. Other than that our stay was comfortable.

We were not given the room type that we paid for online. When we brought it to their attention we were told they were out of that room. They did move us to a king room that was a regular and not a suit. It was taken care of well

A/c Heater never work. Flushing system in the toilets is European, it never changes the water properly. No position to fix any of these problems by the people in the front desk despite many days of pleading with them. The floor in the restroom was coming loose and apparently there was a painting on top of the toilet that was torn from the wall. I had to leave the hotel in advance to my check out. Because my daughter got sick because of the cold temperature in the room. Used to be a nice hotel but now is in bad shape. I will never stay here again

El hotel está bien. Housekeeping muy malo, un día no nos limpiaron la habitación y otro día la limpiaron a medias ya que no tendieron el sofá cama, las sábanas estaban revueltas tal como las habíamos dejado. Muy mal su servicio de limpieza de habitación. El sofá cama incómodo y rechinaba mucho.

The booking was for 2 bedrooms with a king in one and 2 double beds in the other. One had a king and the other had only one double bed. I specifically book this setup since there are 5 of us so this was super inconvenient. Very unhappy with hotels.com

There were hairs, chewed gums in the room! The breakfast was ok. But the quality of the food was a best effort type. Overall, with the rent and taxes, i should have spend some more time, to review other hotels in the area.
