I was physically threatened by the front desk rep

Hotel stay was fine, minus kids running around the hotel till 2AM one night. The issue came when I needed a late check out. I went to down to front desk the day before check out and asked for late check out, they offered me 3pm for $25. I accepted, the clerk said he would charge it to my room. The next day at 3pm we went to front desk to check out and pay with a different credit card, the clerk said check out was at noon, and told me I was lying, she was very condescending and rude and when I asked for the manager, she told me to go find him..Needless to say I was shocked and at this point getting mad. She continued escalating and then threatened to beat me up, hurt me and a few other things that came out of her mouth. Another clerk stepped in and told me I she refused to give me the bill/summary of my stay due to my behavior ..long story short I had to leave, without my bill. I happened to run into the manager as I was leaving, I told him what happened, he apologized, took my info and said he would get me the bill ASAP. Four hours later I still didn't have my bill/summary but my cc was charged,so I called Hilton HQ and filed a formal complaint.That complaint went to the GM of the hotel, and it has been 2 days and I still haven't heard anything. This is UNIMAGINABLE, APPAULING, and UNEXCEPTABLE. This isn't the Motel 6, although I guarantee their employees would not act like this! Be prepared to fight at this hotel if their staff is having a bad day.
