Queens House 2 bed City Centre Apt- Stayseekers

A well-furnished apartment in the heart of the city. This two-bedroom apartment boasts a spacious and welcoming entrance hall with luxury flooring, brilliant kitchen areas with integrated appliances, two well-proportioned bedrooms, and an en suite to the main bathroom. The block offers practical lift access to all floors from street level directly into the city centre.

Access is granted to the entire flat. We'll let you enjoy a peaceful stay on your own. You can reach us between 8 am and 6 pm by phone or message if you need us.

Salisbury city centre has a wealth of pubs, cafes and shops, set in a lovely medieval surround. Markets are every Tuesday and Saturday. The centre attracts a French Market at sporadic times.

Salisbury in Wiltshire, UK, is a charming and historic city with various transportation options for easy exploration. The compact city center is best explored on foot, featuring attractions like the stunning Salisbury Cathedral, medieval and Georgian buildings, shops, cafes, and pubs. Buses and trains provide reliable means to explore the surrounding countryside and connect to major cities like London and Bath. Driving is convenient with well-connected roads, but parking can be limited in the city center. Cycling is popular due to flat terrain and cycle paths, while taxis offer comfortable transportation, especially for those with heavy luggage. Salisbury's rich history, architecture, and proximity to scenic areas make getting around a delightful experience for both locals and visitors.

To ensure that all our guests, our neighbours, and future guests have the best possible experience, we have a few simple house rules:

1. No smoking in the apartment
All our properties are Non-smoking. As a kind measure to future guests, if you do smoke, please ensure you do so outside and then dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.

2. Please be mindful of your noise
We don’t expect our guests to be silent, however, as a lot of our apartments are in blocks of apartments, sound can travel a long way, so please be mindful of your noise level and respectful to others around you, particularly in the evening.

3. No Parties
OK, so in this case, we are party poopers! Out of respect to our guests and neighbours, our properties are not available to hold parties and we will not tolerate them. If you wish to hold a party, we politely advise you to go somewhere else.

4. No Pets
We’re huge pet lovers at Stayseekers, however, we recognise and respect that some people are not or could be allergic to them, so we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your beloved pets
into any of our properties.

We wish you a very pleasant stay within your property and hope you find everything you need to ensure your experience is comfortable and accommodating. We kindly ask you to respect our ‘House Rules’ and treat this property as if it’s your pride and joy (or if you were inviting the Queen to stay).
