Room was fine, beds were hard. Outside areas are really dirty - sidewalks and handrails. Staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was the standard fare for hotel breakfasts.

When we arrived just after 3 pm there was no one at the front desk. The sign said should be back in 5 mins and if not call the hotel's number. I waited over 5 mins then called the hotel's number and received a voice mail. I walked around to the kitchen area and called for someone, no answer. I looked around outside and unable to see any staff. Repeated this process two more times and emailed the hotel. I finally honked my horn very loud two different times before a staff came from the lower part of the parking lot and was vaping as they came to the office about a half hour later after I arrived. They stated they were the only staff and was fixing a leak in the laundry room. Finally checked in about a half hour after I arrived. The room was fine but will not stay again.

Good location, affordable, good breakfast options. Only the garbage by the pool in bushes Cigarette butts litter the parking lot.

Dear Levi ,Thank you and we appreciate your feedback and this is a non smoking property so there should not be any cigarette butts on property unfortunately we aren't able to catch everyone when they break the rules so we do apologize for that and the trash as well it looks like a guest through trash out of there vehicle rather then walking it to trash can . We will keep doing our best to keep property clean so that hopefully in the future it doesn't keep happening .We look forward to your future stays with us here at the Quality Inn Central in Roseburg Oregon

Smiling staff at the Inn
The included breakfast was very good! The bathroom .. especially the bathtub needed an update. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The driving approach to the motel is tricky .. at least for us. We had to go back onto freeway and then immediately get off to approach the property.

Although it felt a little like a traditional motel, the property was extremely well lit and felt safe. They also welcomed pets and the staff were all friendly.

the place was nice the room was big and clean. the only bad thing was being forced to pay a $150 damage deposit when we booked and already paid for the room threw Expedia before we traveled there so we couldn't do some things we had planned to do in town because that money was tied up by the hotel ridicules damage deposit.

My stay at the Garden Valley Quality Inn was exactly what I expected. The sraff was friendly, prompt and helpful. The property was very clean, quiet, and located right off I-5, central to everything in Roseburg. I will stay there again.

Stayed one night before the solar eclipse event and drive through to the Crater Lake National Park. Found Quality Inn very clean with friendly staff. Full breakfast included were amazing quality, with eggs, bacon, waffles, hashbrown, yogurt, juice, coffee... not just pastries. Highly recommend if you're staying in the Roseburg area or visiting the Crater Lake National Park.

Die Expedia Buchung lag der Rezeption bei Ankunft leider nicht vor. Die Dame von der Rezeption hat dann lange mit Expedia telefoniert um uns zu helfen. Sie hat sich wirklich für uns engagiert und es hat einige Zeit gedauert, bis Expedia in der Lage war, eine Email an die Rezeption zu senden und diese dann auch ankam. Also ein dickes Lob für die Dame an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer was wir gebucht hatten, war sauber und lag im hinteren Bereich. Einrichtung war o.k.. Frühstück konnte in einem Bereich neben der Rezeption eingenommen werden. Für uns war es ausreichend. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

Cozy hotel, but needs more TLC. The knob from the ac came off when turned on. I guess no one reported it, the break was worn which seemed like no one cared to fix it. There was mold in the shower tiles, and the on the shower seat and legs.

My chief complaint is electrical outlets are few and one electrical outlet did not function. I had a sleep machine and I had to pull away furniture to find an outlet. I wish hotels would modernize to the electronic world The gal at the registration was very pleasant but very busy. Short on help.

Would stay again if needed to.
Building was older and could use some repairs. Room air conditioner was old and could use a deep cleaning. It worked well which was the most important. The room was clean but the tables didn't look like they had been wiped down. Coffee pot in room was a huge plus. Staff was great!

The front desk staff was super friendly, kind and understanding. I appreciated their speedy service and ease of checking in and out. Nice and clean and very affordable. We booked a room really late because our car broke down in Roseburg and the young lady that checked us in was so empathetic. Thank you so much 😊

The staff was very nice and my son loved the pool. Everything was fine except the cleanliness of the room. The only things clean in it were the bedding and towels. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned so i bought lysol wipes and did a little cleaning myself. The floors were only swept not mopped. We had black feet just from walking around on them. The towel bar fell off the wall at us just hanging a towel on it. Aside from the cleanliness the hotel was great. Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Location was great. Right next to the freeway so easy to find.

Need more cleaning in the bathroom There was no tea bags or tea with the breakfast. No fruits, bread toaster need replacement burning and wasting toasts. Someone turn on the fire alarm around 5am and woke up all the guests. Could not go back to sleep. Very restless night.
