L'ensemble du personnel travaillant dans l'établissement était au top et très attentionné, surtout avec les enfants. Très belle ambiance. Tous le monde était vraiment très courtois. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était excellente. Personnel au petit soin , qui nous laissera un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Comme souvent, l'accueil est agréable. L'hôtel est très propre, bien situe pour nous tout du moins. Le petit déjeuner nous a paru encore meilleur que par le passe. Petit bémol: chambre 154 le volet ne se ferme pas entièrement et il existe un bruit de fond (pas la climatisation c'est certain mais autre chose, la VMC peut-être). Cela fait 4 fois que nous y séjournons et nous apprécions beaucoup cet endroit.

Etablissement bien situé et dans un quartier calme. Ligne de bus directe Forum et Colisée. 3 tarifs pour les petits-déjeuners (4;8;14 euro). Belle chambre, litetie ok, juste un problème de chauffage impossible á arrêter donc un peu chaud surtout la nuit. Personnel professionnel mais souriant. Un coin bar agréable, un barman sympa. Nous espérons y retourner.

Found this gem by researching the internet and online reviews beforehand. It did not disappoint! The comfortable rooms at the Michelangelo are outfitted with high quality, modern decor and furnishings, and are immaculately clean and well-lit. The bathroom with full bath and spa-like showerhead was also outfitted with fragrant, upscale beauty amenities and luxurious robes. It was indeed the perfect retreat to go "home" to each evening after trekking the entire city on foot for five full days. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience here. We were traveling with our two kids, and the room set up was great. We had a main entrance and then two separate entrances to two separate rooms. Was great for the kids to be able to watch movies and hang out without being too noisy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage the day we left at the hotel so that we could continue exploring the vatican area. Very nice location.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, wir konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, bei Kleinigkeiten wie dem Haartrockner ist das leider nicht der Fall. In diesem waren lauter Fusseln innen, als hätte man diesen noch nie gereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich, allerdings wird man beim Betreten des Hotels außer bei der Ankunft am ersten Tag nicht mehr beachtet, egal wie deutlich man selbst grüßt. Das Frühstück ist ok, man wundert sich, warum an Äpfeln noch die Aufkleber dran sind. Alles in allem war es dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt. Bei 4 Sternen sollten aber auch die Kleinigkeiten stimmen.

I wouldn't choose this hotel again due to its outdated facilities and inconsistent Wi-Fi. Additionally, the front desk staff's behavior, like loudly announcing my room number and floor several times to a lobby full of people at check in after I had informed the agent that I was there alone, made me feel unsafe. Service at the bar was lacking, with no bartender present and delays in getting served. When I needed to check out and settle my bill, requesting a small favor of a slightly late check-out, I was met with resistance over asking for just 1 hour of late check out. The rude woman first told me no, then told me she would do it but if I went over she was going to charge me. Overall, I cannot recommend staying here.

However, we would like to point out that the privacy and security of our customers is always taken into very high consideration. All our staff, also following national laws, are trained on the procedures to follow. In this case, probably due to the crowding of the hall, our guest agent may have mistakenly used a higher tone of voice. Regarding the late departure, we are sorry if our employee could not explain clearly, or if there was a misunderstanding. Guests in our hotel arrive mainly early in the morning. It is quite difficult to allow late departures, especially when the hotel is full.The payment of the day use is a reservation and ensures the possibility of staying in the room.Hoping to have the opportunity to have you back as our customer and give us the opportunity to express ourselves at our best,With our best regards.Mr Lorenzo NenciniGM

Hotel is located very close to St. Peter’s Square. (10min walk) It’s located on a one way quite street, so in the evening there is not a lot of noise. Great staff! Extremely helpful. Lobby is nice with a bar and restaurant. Great breakfast options. Ordered room service 1 evening and it was good. House keeping was very good.

Very modern and clean. Easy walk to the Vatican, as well as the Historic Downtown. Staff were very professional and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable.
