le plus beau et comme disent les romains fregato
excellent séjour visites d une merveilleuse ville tres beau temps hotel tres bien situé mais à part toutes ces bonnes nouvelles quelques déboires mon portefeuille avec tous mes papiers ci permis de conduire visa premier carte vitale plus 350euros et autres papiers m a été volé campo dei fiori plus 2 arnaques avec taxis plus des additions pas tr"s honnetes aux restaurants enfin rome est splendide mais ce n est pas une ville pour des pigeons comme moi je vais le faire savoir à toute ma grande famille

Très bien situé, bel hôtel.
Les plus : situation idéale (restos, bus, sites), personnel obligeant, chambre confortable et bien climatisée. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Literie impeccable et propreté des lieux. Wifi très bon. Les moins : salle de petit déjeuner en sous sol et un peu petite. Baignoire au lieu de douche (à l'italienne !), pas de rangement dans la salle de bains pour les affaires de toilette.

Bruyant : cumul des travaux dans les chambres + rue très passagère et animée la nuit Chambre pour 4 personnes petite avec 1 salle de bain : moyen pour un 4 étoiles

Pas mieux comme emplacement !
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des monuments incontournables ( Panthéon, Colisée, forum romain, fontaine de Trévi, place de Navone, ...) En outre, l'hôtel est situé juste à coté des commerces, restaurants. Le quartier est vivant..Le personnel est très souriant, accueillant. Un plan est donné à l'arrivée, ce qui est très utile à Rome. Pour se rendre à l'hôtel , mieux vaut prendre un taxi si l'on veut éviter la file d'attente au bus, train...Je ne regrette pas mon choix.

4 Etoiles ? Non pas plus de 3 Etoiles ...
Cela ne peut en aucun cas être considéré comme un hôtel de la catégorie 4 étoiles. Petit déjeuner un peu "court" .... on commence par faire le tour du (tout) petit buffet sans rien choisir, et puis, comme il faut bien manger, on le refait une deuxième fois pour choisir finalement un peu de pain .... Le mini bar dans la chambre est souvent incomplet (réapprovisionnement pas systématique) et vins blanc ou rouge totalement imbuvable Les verres pour boire pas forcément lavés le lendemain !!! Lumière de la chambre à l'économie. Bref, au maximum un 3 étoiles, mais en aucun cas du niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Ce n'est pas grave finalement que ce soit un 3 étoiles en réel puisqu'il est magnifiquement situé au cœur de Rome. LE PROBLEME FINALEMENT, C'EST UNIQUEMENT QUE CE SOIT UN HOTEL AU TARIF 4 ETOILES. Donc, on trouve mieux ou aussi satisfaisant, mais infiniment moins cher.

You are right in the middle of just about anything you would want to see. Great food options are literally down the street from you. Service was great.

I chose this hotel because of the location and the elevator. It does have an elevator but that only reaches the 3rd floor. After that I had to go up a flight of stairs then down a curved flight to reach my room. The area is quiet, but the hallway conversations sound like you are separated by a paper towel, not a wall. I finally started answering the other patron’s questions out loud to let them know I could hear every word and was disturbed. I also figured out that the key card had to be inserted a certain way or the lights and outlets would switch off - then on- randomly every few minutes- playing havoc with my cpap machine. Great location and helpful, friendly staff.

Dear guests,Giving a negative opinion only because the hotel was unable to let you stay since you didn't have the passports to check in is an unpleasant and petty thing. At the time of check in you warned us that you forgot your passports in Tuscany. Know that in Italy it is a crime to lodge people who are not registered with their own document. The property faces a large fine and the temporary closure of the business, so it is better to take an infamous negative judgment than to face much more serious penalties. You also threatened the girl at the reception that if you didn't stay, you would give a negative opinion of the structure! Sehr gut geführtes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Da das Pantheon direkt um die Ecke liegt ist es abends nicht gerade leise, dafür gibts Musik zum einschlafen :-)

Such a cool hotel, we had several rooms within our group and every room was unique. Ours had stairs up to a large room with a rooftop balcony. So much better than a standard boring hotel room. Staff was lovely. It was in such a good location.

Terrific hotel! Friendly and helpful staff and literally a minute from the Pantheon. Crowded streets filled with tourists, but that’s Rome. Only negative is parking. Don’t drive to this hotel. Take a taxi.

The location was good. Close to everything. The biggest problem we had was that the website said parking “on-site” and we got down there which was no easy feat and there was No Parking and we had to find a parking garage about 20 min away. Not cool. All was said was “oops.. we should change that”. Room was big to have 4 people but not easy to get to. Had to take elevator to 3rd floor then walk up with luggage up narrow stairs. Would not book again.

This property needs new bedding set, need to provide enough towels, and toiletries. It is very old and needs lot of improvement.

Pantheon historic location is good but sadly the street was littered & unsanitary with homeless people sat outside in a streaming puddle of urine - this wasn’t unique to this hotel however - beautiful inside - our bathroom plumbing bubbled up and smelled

However, this is a prerogative that is found in many capitals and cities around the world. I don't think it's something that only concerns Rome. First time in Rome
Cannot beat the location of the hotel! Walking distance to most of the tourist sites and there is a nearby taxi stand. Staff were very helpful. Our room was a good size. The convertible arm chair beds were not comfortable and the two of them would have been better replaced with another double bed. There is no where to to hang anything in the bathroom and you have to be careful when showering that water does not go on the floor. We left some clothes on the back of the desk chair and after the room was cleaned, they were found in the garbage. The garbage was not removed daily and one of the cups was still dirty from the previous occupant. Would still recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
