This customer asked us to cancel the reservation on arrival date, due to change of program. We wrote to the customer authorizing the cancellation after the first night, that's the contractual minimum penalty, due to room was correctly reserved and cannot be selled to everyone else. The customer gently refused our offer (we always prefer to free disturbing customers), and started to make several complaints, on Expedia messaging than on other channels. No comment.

First of all we're not responsible on what happens on the street, you've to write to the municipality.therefore, we moved our entrance( the hotel is always the same) since 1st of november 2022, and the current address is easy to find everywhere on the web. Anyway our current entrance is just around the corner from the old one. You neither called us, just went to the wrong address and therefore complaining...

We are sorry but the problems you reported were not noticed by all other guests. A minimal odor is the result of the sanitization procedures, which we follow with maximum discipline, as the Covid19 risk is not yet negligible. Regarding the WiFi connection we have a graph on our home page that highlights the high traffic, without interruptions. She could ask for support, we would help her solve connection problems with her devices and we would show her how to operate the television remote control.

May is high season in Rome, and prices moves based on demand.

The room does NOT have a bathtub, but a shower. And there is not a hole, but a small cosmetic damage to the cover enamel, repaired with white silicone. Customers at check-in asked for our intervention, worried that they could be charged for the damage to the enamel. We clarified that there was no risk of being charged, and in any case offered a room change, which was rejected by the customers. The rooms comply with the sizes required by Italian law, and are clearly indicated on the booking sites. The historic center area of Rome has old buildings that cannot offer the large spaces of other locations. It is normal for the bed to be made up of 2 joined beds, as there are customers who require separate beds. However, we have rooms equipped only with a double bed, it was enough for customers to make a polite request, instead of complaining only after the end of their stay.

This (hypothetical) customer made a reservation at 3:21am on April 25, 2023 with arrival on April 24 and departure on April 25. Something not regular, as you can't book for the previous day! And a system error in allowing this possibility. As indicated in the rules, check-in is allowed from 2 pm (and also until 11.59 pm on the arrival date). Therefore, this booking is effectively in no-show status on the date April 24th. Alternatively, if you want to consider (as it actually is) a booking for April 25th, the check-in rule starting at 2pm (2pm) will also apply in this case. And at 23:39 on April 25, 2023 this reservation is again in no-show status. Under no circumstances does a reservation made at 3.21am entitle you to immediate check-in, as check-in is available from 2pm (2pm). With adequate notice and agreement, we can also welcome customers at particular times, but not with a backdated reservation, for which we have only assumed an error in the reservation system, since there is no other logical and legal interpretation.In any case, in addition to the various formal and technical errors, it is intolerable that a person who has not stayed (and who has not adequately organized himself for the stay) can cast a vote on the structure, having never seen the structure or a room.We reserve legal action in case of persistence and collaboration of the undue damage to image.
