L'hôtel est situé dans l'une des places plus fréquentées de Rome et por cette raison que nous offrons à nos clients dans leurs chambres, les doubles fenêtres pour bloquer autant de bruit que possible. En outre, la lumière du couloir extérieur de sa chambre, se désactive automatiquement quand il n'y a pas de passage. Dans ce cas, quand quelqu'un passe dans le couloir, les lumières se allument automatiquement. Nous serons heureux de l'accueillir à nouveau dans notre hôtel, peut-être offrir une chambre à l'étage supérieur. Meilleures Salutations! Manuel - Front Desk

Dear Guest, we wish to thank you for the time spent in writing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your holiday has not been as expected. Please accept our apologizes for not have been able to accomplish some of the services that usually give to our customers. We cannot do anything about the bins you found at the entrance. This is a law by city hall, but we could have put another table or control the breakfast quality. Sometimes is just a matter of comuncation: in one week you could have reported us all your dissatisfaction and surely we would have done anything to solve the problems, even changing the room and giving you one in main building. Dear Guest, thank you very much for your positive review. We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay in our hotel! Our location is very convenient and it allows you to reach easily on foot all the major sites of Rome. The direct view of the Pantheon from the windows is a plus that our rooms in the main building offer and it is quite unique. The double rooms with Pantheon view are 17 square meters and the Junior Suite with Pantheon view is 20 plus square meters. The area is full of nice restaurants, shops, cafes to enjoy at every time of the day and our front desk is pleased to suggest some that are good. The breakfast is served everyday from 7.30 to 10:30 in a local restaurant a few steps from the hotel in the lovely Piazza Capranica and we are also able to organise take away packages for the ones who leave early for departure of for a tour. Dear Guest,We are glad that you enjoyed and admired the beautiful view of the Pantheon from our structure.All our rooms have double-glazed windows and when they are close it prevents any noise from the outside. Also the doors of all our rooms were renovated last year and are completely soundproof.We apologize for the inconvenience of the lift. We are in the phase of renovating it. However, we do have our porter staff that are available all day to help you with luggage or anything you need in the room.
