La chambre est correcte malgré le bruit et le fait d être au raz du trottoir le petit déjeuner nul machine à café hors service, Beurre périmé de deux mois! Sinon bonne situation près du Vatican!

It is a few minutes walk to Vatican City, very accessible to Restaurants, Groceries and there is also a laundry shop nearby if you need to wash your clothes. The property is a little bit old and need some few upgrades.

Highly recommend!
This location was great. It is in a safe neighborhood and you are able to walk around safely and easily. The space was clean and the check in was fast and simple. We had someone we could reach out to directly if there were any issues or questions, and we always had very quick responses. They even scheduled a car service for us to the airport which saved us the stress of finding a taxi early in the morning. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Rome!

Me gustó del alojamiento que la habitación era muy acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario, buena cama, televisión, armario para poner la ropa.. y el baño era correcto, la ducha era buena, salía el agua muy bien. Lo que no me gustó fue el desayuno, era muy limitado, solo había para hacer tostadas, con un tipo de mermelada, unos briox que tenían allí y dos tipos de cereales. Y bebidas también muy limitado.

This accommodation was situated so covenient to the Vatican. It was pleasantly quiet despite being in the city. Simone was so pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Zuerst das Gute: Das Zimmer und der Sanitärbereich waren sehr sauber. Der Hotel,,manager" war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Allerdings war er nicht vor Ort. Nach Anruf war er binnen 15 Minuten da. In der Beschreibung stand allerdings kein Wort von einer Kellerwohnung. Und von Frühstücksbuffet konnte keine Rede sein. Es sei denn, man begnügt sich mit muffigem Toast, lastikverpackten Muffins und tagealtem Kuchen. Keine Spur von Käse oder Wurst. Von Eiern gar nicht zu reden. Das zweite ,,B" im Namen ist einfach eine Lüge.

I'm sorry for your review. You have to understand that in Italy, breakfast is made only of sweets. We don't eat eggs or wurst at breakfast. Here in Italy you eat italian breakfast, it's normal.

Very close to Vatican. Owner is very nice but does not reside at property, so any problems can't quickly be taken care of. Ok for 1 night stay, but we wished we could have had someone to report issues to over our 6 night stay. It could use some updating in rooms. Air conditioning worked great!

For the price, in that neighborhood, this is a good choice near the Vatican. If you want deluxe, this is not the place. The air conditioning works very well, which was SO necessary when we stayed in late June during scorching heat. The breakfast offering are skimpy, but it's 'free' so make use of them, and stop for a mid-morning gelato later. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and very quiet. We didn't have sounds from outside or other guests bother us at all. The shower head was on the verge of falling off, but it worked while we used it. Definitely recommended.

De ligging was zeer goed. De kamer was netjes. Je kreeg alle dagen een flesje water en fruitsappen per persoon. Het ontbijt bestond alleen uit cornflakes, voorverpakte zoetigheden, toastbrood en confituur. Koffie, thee en chocomelk. Waterkoker was zeer vuil (waarschijnlijk iets laten in aanbranden), moet heel dringend vervangen worden. Er was ook niet genoeg bestek. Simone is niet eerlijk. Hij vroeg om de taxichauffeur te spreken en deze hebben denkelijk een afspraak gemaakt. 60€ voor de rit betaald (dit was zogezegd een vast tarief). Bij aankomst vroeg hij of hij voor de terugrit naar de luchthaven een taxi moest regelen. Dit hebben we niet gedaan omdat we al ergens een incident met taxi gelezen hadden. Onze terugrit kostte 48€ en dat was het vaste tarief. Simone weet ook niet veel van Rome. Als we iets vroegen zei hij ik weet het niet want ik ben er nog niet geweest. Als je een B&B open houd moet je uw gasten toch wat wegwijs kunnen maken.

Well... ok I didn't know about some places, but the car price is not on me, I'm only the one that arranges the car for you. The price is not my fault, and I told you I was only here for anything you need, so you could tell me of the boiler. Isn't 1 point a little overreacting? I don't think here is this bad.

Deze accommodatie heeft een uitstekende ligging. Vlakbij het Vaticaan en prima als uitvalabasis naar het centrum. Te voet of per openbaar vervoer. De voorzieningen zijn goed, heerlijk bed, ontbijt voldoende. Een nadeel is dat wanneer je aan de straatkant ligt, er voortdurend veel kabaal is van langskomend verkeer en voetgangers. Voor een stedentrip een prima optie.

nettes B&B
Kleines gemütliches B&B im Souterrain mit nettem Vermieter, Zimmergröße in Ordnung, alles sauber, Wasser, Wein und Saft im Zimmer inklusive; Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse recht großzügig und zur freien Entnahme. Lage ideal 3 Häuserblocks vom Petersplatz entfernt, sehr ruhig, insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

This is a nice place to stay very close to the Vatican. The room was average size for Italy, very modest, and breakfast was quite simple. But the room was cleaned every day and the people are very nice and helpful.

A great place to stay near the Vatican!
We had a fantastic time at San Peter Rome B&B! The location is fabulous - a 5 minute walk from the Vatican, with beautiful views of the St. Peter Basilica from the street. It was also a reasonable walk from Trastevere, which is a fun neighborhood to explore and spend your evenings. The owner here is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple (pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea) but available 24/7 which really allowed for flexibility in our plans. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-kept with wine, water, and juice provided in-room. The only downside is that the B&B is located at basement level and the rooms tend to get muggy, particularly after showers and after being out all day. This can be controlled with the provided dehumidifier and air conditioner. Overall, though, we had an excellent stay and would love to return the next time we are in Rome!

Dejligt B&B til rimelige penge.
Dejligt, lille B&B. Det lå perfekt i et roligt kvarter med kun 2 min. gang til vertikanet og Peters kirken. Fint rengjort hver dag, inklusiv gratis opfyldning af vand og juice i køleskabet. Morgenmaden bestod af cornflakes, toastbrød, yoghurt og kage. Ikke noget videre spændende, men man kunne få en lille bund i maven. Et fint sted at overnatte til fornuftige penge.!

Perfect base for a trip to Rome
Simone the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating, sorting taxi transfers, he always responded v promptly to any emails I sent. The beds were comfy, with complimentary soft drinks and water in the fridge in our room which were replenished every day, together with the beds being made and room cleaned. The breakfast was perfect - continental help yourself with lots of choice of pastries, yoghurts, cereals, tea and coffee so perfect for grabbing something before a days sight seeing and possible to have a cuppa and a snack on your return. The property is a 5 minute walk to The Vatican City, on a good bus route for the center of Rome although we walked most of the time. Great price for the accommodation and customer service - thank you Simone

Erinomainen hinta/laatusuhde!
Tämä b&b ei poikkea hotellista. Ainoa miinus täydellisyyteen on se, että huoneet ovat pohjakerroksessa, osittain maan alla. Isäntä Simone on erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias. Sijainti San Pietron asenan ja Vatikaanin välissä. Keittiöstä voi hakea juomaa ja pientä syötävää milloin vain.

Assolutamente consigliato
Ho passato 3 notti a Roma, e mi sono trovato benissimo. Gentilezza, pulizia e disponibilità assoluta da parte di tutti. Zona tranquilla a 5 minuti da San Pietro. Colazione buona. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, sicuramente alloggerei di nuovo qui. Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero ottimo.

Wir würden persönlich in Empfang genommen und eingewiesen. Warme Getränke/Kaffee stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Mineralwasser in Minibar wird kostenlos aufgefüllt. Alles Ostseite sauber. Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein.

Localização excelente, quarta meio pequeno!
A localização foi o ponto alto da reserva, extremamente bem localizado, muito próximo do vaticano e a 200 metros da estação de Trem que te leva rapidamente para uma estação de metro e você pode ir para qualquer lugar de Roma. O quarto é pequeno, tivemos dificuldades em organizar as malas no quarto por questão de espaço, praticamente não dava pra abrir uma mala grande no chão. O atendimento foi ótimo, muito receptivo, prestativo e pudemos deixar as malas até o final do dia no lugar pois nosso voo era só as 22h00.

Buona posiz confortevole ma piccolo e seminterrato
Week end piacevole con figlio piccolo. Il B&B è un appartamento in un seminterrato con 4 camere (tutte con bagno) ed un ingresso/area colazione. Splendida posizione. Proprietario molto gentile. Confortevole possibilità caffè e merenda tutte le ore del giorno free of charge. Zanzariere, poco rumoroso. Difetti: stanza e bagno piccolini, macchie di muffa nel bagno non finestrato e sotto alla finestra della camera.

Everything we wanted and more
Irena and Simone were fantastic and even booked a restaurant for us for Christmas lunch (highly recommend La Frusta). The room was exactly as described and the services were excellent. The breakfast, snacks, cappuccinos and wine were delicious and very convenient. Check in/out was seamless. The B&B is located on a quiet residential street but only 5 minutes to the Vatican and another 10 to the Metro. If you are arriving by train to Rome recommend you take the metro to the B&B rather than the bus - you don't have to leave the train station, far more comfortable than bus and they both drop at the same spot. Thanks Irena and Simone for making us feel at home!
