Hôtel parfait pour un séjour sur la Rivieria Maya
Hôtel presque parfait pour un séjour détente sur la Rivieria Maya. Très bel hôtel avec ses jardins luxuriants et sa petite jungle peuplée d'animaux. Très belle piscine et accès direct à la plage de Playacar. Chambres classiques mais confortables (manque des prises proche du lit si on doit faire un reproche). Propreté impeccable. Offre de restauration très variée et excellente, animations nombreuses et au top... Zone de Playacar sécurisée, et accès facile à tous les sites de la Riviera Maya (transports, ou voiture de location). Je recommande à 100%.

Superbe complexe. Restauration de qualité y compris au buffet (ce qui est vraiment pas le cas dans les autres chaines). Mention speciale au restaurant japonais (à faire absolument). Les bars sont nombreux et les cocktails de qualité. Les animations sont également bien presentes. Le personnel est avenant et souriant. Une seule fausse note à déplorer : des punaises de lit !! Mais apparemment et selon d'autres avis cela touche énormément d'hôtels au Mexique. En conclusion : je recommande sans hésiter d'autant plus que lors des excursions nous avons rencontré des francais qui étaient vraiment decus des prestations de leurs Hôtels (situes aux alentours)

Séjour super, personnel très serviable, nourriture excellente, piscine et services de très bonne qualité, l’hôtel est un peu vieillot au niveau du style mais est très bien entretenu, seul bémol la réception où il ne faut pas avoir peur d’attendre 20 minutes à chaque demande. Les enfants ont adoré côtoyer des animaux en liberté dans le cadre tres verdoyant de l’hôtel.

Très bien à part la clientèle
Très bel hôtel. Spacieux et confortable. Les chambres sont grandes et agréable à part la deco un peu old school. La restauration est bonne et de qualité, les plats sont variés et renouvelés tous les jours. Les restaurants à la carte très bien également. La piscine est st grande et chaude, parfois il manque un peu de transats car les gens laissent leurs serviettes toute la journée même si ils ne sont pas là. Beaucoup d’américains avec les débordements qui vont avec, clientèle bruyante et trop à l’aise. Les spectacles du soir sont de qualité pour un resort. Les employés sont très agréables et gentils. Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel mitoyen du quetzal.

The property was perfect. Lovely pool and beach. Staff always available to help. My mother is in a wheelchair and they gave us a dedicated lounger with shade for all of us which was wheelchair accessible for the whole week. Excellent service. All the food was of high quality, lots of variety. We did buffet style for breakfast and lunch and a la carte for dinner. My favourites were the Japanese and the Mediterranean. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Loved all the wildlife. The room and air con was all good for a great nights sleep. Room was super clean. Would recommend and return.

This was our first all inclusive resort and it was everything we wanted! The food was great, didn’t need reservations for the dinner restaurants except for one. We were upgraded to a junior king suite upon arrival which was awesome and our room was a “jungle view”. I really loved waking up to all the wild life.Literally on your balcony. The staff was so incredibly kind and attentive. It was a 5 minute drive to down town where you get to really experience the culture and it’s so fun!!!! I would recommend everyone to try this resort

This was my second stay, this time during busy mid march. This is my Goldilocks all inclusive in playa. The beach is perfect not rocky, the food is good, it’s a more laid back vibe (not too much loud partying). It’s large enough to have forested areas with wildlife but small enough to walk. Plus being part of gated playa car allows for easy and safe walking around the area. Will definitely return. Might choose elsewhere if I brought my elementary age kids only because the water slides are more like a tot splash pad and it Has no shade.

The beach and pool area is awesome. Staff are really helpful especially the front desk. Buffet is good, reserved restaurants doesnt have much menu options though. I love how there are animals around the property and we enjoyed the other activities provided like archery and night shows. I'm not a fan of the rooms though, smaller than the other resorts we stayed in considering the price. But they're clean and we were given a chance for an upgrade so we were happy. We just had some issue not finding somewhere to eat after our excursion dropped us off at 10pm. We needed to wait an hour to get something to eat and we were tired. They should consider guests getting back from daytrips when closing the buffet. But overall a good experience.

Huge disappointment. The resort is very old and shows it. But that was kind of expected before arrival. The biggest problem is the food at the resort. That includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet and the other restaurants. I’ve been to over a dozen all inclusive resorts so know not to expect a lot, but this was beyond tolerable. Simply not able to eat almost anything. Much better choices and available in The immediate area. Stay away. On the positive, the people were very helpful and courteous.

Seemed to have a great kids program- the only change I’d suggest is something more along the lines of adult entertainment- like a comedy show or performance-- they had a small music trivia game in one bar one evening- that was great- they have an awesome area with a stage and a ton of seating that was only used for kid shows while we were there- I think there’s an opportunity there- still would highly recommend!

Property is quite old but very clean both inside and out. Had many communication problems with the front desk staff. My room was just ok. No hanging closet space. No hooks in bathroom. No blankets for cold nights. One day, they took my remote. Someone put it in the system, when I complained about my phone. The food is great. The drinks are usually good, not great.
