The check in service was good. But the checkout service was not. After you check out, there will be no help with car or suitcases - you will be on ur own the minute U return the room key or the bracelet. It is not good hospitality practice in general. Hospitality is whole experience - any part of that experience done insincerely will create a dent in the whole experience.
