Bugs were crawling on the counter tops near Kitchen sink.... TV had no channels working. Staff had a one word answer to get back to us after talking to manager which never happened

I did not like anything about my stay. The place was infested with roch nothing work. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I booked 3 nights but only stay for one because it was too scary and dark outside to go look for somewhere else for I arrived a little late. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I did not get any sleep. I was promised a refund for the other 2 nights but since I booked through Expedia they told me i was not going to get one. Expedia is horrible as well, I feel they get people the worst deals and when things fall apart they do not refund. I will not book anything though then anymore and will make sure I tell my friends not too either

Don't stay here!
Infested with cockroaches. No one at the front desk to ask questions or for service. Desk area was literally barred shut!

Room smells of smoke. Bedding is itchy mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Bugs spotted in bathroom.

Very dirty…bathroom was disgusting and so was overall cleanliness of room. The nightstand had tobacco remnants on it as if someone was rolling/smoking their own and the mess was left there and never cleaned up

There’s no cleaning of your rooms, only upon checkout. There are people smoking weed in front of the entrance. The halls and into the room smells like cigarettes and animal urine. It’s in a great location but needs better control of what goes on throughout the property and a better cleaning program.

I do not consider this a hotel as people actually live there. Section 8 homes. The place and the room didn’t look anything like the advertisement. People were walking up and down hallways until almost 2:00 am if not later. We wouldn’t have stayed, but I would have lost my $$ for the room. Never again, at any one of their hotels.

This hotel was awful. There was trash around the front and back entrance. Both trash cans were overflowed. When you enter the front foyer, it had an awful smell. The front desk attendant was not customer service friendly at all. Because of the lack of cleanness, poor customer service. I did not stay at this hotel and lost my entire money because of it. I am completely speechless. If you are looking for a clean, decent hotel, RUN.. this one is NOT it.

Great Value
Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and with the exception of a bit of rust in the shower and stained shower curtain, in a excellent condition. Bed was comfortable and bedding was fresh and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

If you want to hang out with the gang while you are trying to check in, have a room that needs to be aired out for an hour when you get there, and enjoy roach companions then this is the place for you! Terrible, will never stay there again.

The check in was fine except for the several people outside smoking dope at every door. There was no lobby and the hotel smelled awful. Our room was not clean (dirty qtips under the heating unit) and we had roaches crawling the walls. The people above us , very possibly long term residents were up until 300am making a ridiculous amount of noise. Very dissatisfied with the overall 10 hours we were checked in to this hotel. Will never return.

Roaches everywhere no room service for a 2wk stay( no fresh towels, toiletries ,clean sheets) shower wasnt a shower half the lights didnt function. Animals constantly using restroom in elevator and in the halls and not being cleaned up for long periods of time

The vast majority of hotel residents are permanent to the location. This causes there to be a lot of different cooking odors and scents of various smoking agents that are heavy in the air. I am really not sure why Expedia use such a place in a flight/hotel package. This was very disappointing

Where do I begin? The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night (around 1am and 2am). My room had not been cleaned properly, as food was still gooped in the sink drain. I saw a roach and another small bug when I got back from the first fire alarm, so I slept with all the lights on in hopes that it kept the roaches away. Just stunningly awful.

As soon as you walk into the hotel, you’re greeted with a strong smell of marijuana. The door to our room was sagging so badly that it wouldn’t close without lifting it upwards. The room was filthy and stunk. The floors were sticky, the screen on the window was torn and the window sill was caked with ash residue. The worst part besides the odor was all the bugs. We had a horrible experience but hopefully the hotel staff can get it cleaned up.

Receptionist lady was very kind and patient with us. She was excellent. The room was nice and aesthetically pleasing, but there were dead and alive bugs all over the floor, under the bed and in corners of the ceiling. I would be laying down and a bug would appear on the ceiling out of nowhere. Some of them even fell near the bed and almost onto my face. I’d been up for 24 hours at that point so we only were looking for somewhere to lay our heads for a few hours so we champed it out and left as soon as I woke up. If the room wouldn’t have had so many bugs it would’ve been excellent, which leads me to be confused why there were so many bugs both dead and alive littered all over the place. Probably won’t be back though.

Did not enjoy my stay here. Hotel is filthy inside everywhere. Floors and walls are covered in dirt and sticky mess. Felt very unsafe here with many of the other guests. Room was nothing fancy or as nice as the pictures showed. Had dead roaches on the floor as I walked in. Bathroom tub was full of cracks with mildew. Lots of animal smells throughout hallways. Elevator was very slow and small as well as filthy all over. Hotel reeks of smoke everywhere. Id recommend finding another hotel or stay overnight in your car.

I got into my room and in less than an hour the power went out and no one explained anything, the power never came and no hotel staff gave a solution I had to leave and no one at the reception to give me an answer or talk about resolving I lost my money in that situation and I couldn't even sleep in that hotel

The Manager has raised the price three times in in the last five months which is outrageous being that the rooms could be cleaned better. They should also spray for bugs on a routine basis
