So on the hotel to stay. Advertising Complementary breakfast bacon eggs , hot breakfast. The army men who stayed 4/13 ,for a wedding 15 minutes away , cereal and the apple juice watered down Orange juice as well. No hot breakfast. Mind you they came out of town , and had a long ride back.

Staff was pleasant, room was clean however we noticed a running space heater in the hall to heat, pool area closed, breakfast bar was empty except coffee, open container of milk and a few donut holes, very sparse. This was at 7 am and the parking lot seemed to have about 10 cars so it seemed to not have been filled. We didn’t eat however made coffee. The location is Convenient to where we needed to go but may stay at the other property across the street next time we visit family.

Garbage blowing around everywhere outside. Hotel is set to 80 if you’re into that. Advertised a $50 deposit, ran me for $100. Had a written statement signed and dated by the front desk liaison stating the room had significant previous damage prior to me walking up to the room (and taking photos). Yet somehow, my deposit still has not been returned. They said they only check for “smoke damage” okay, so am I being charged for smoking when I don’t smoke, or what? Sleep in your car with a sidearm instead. This place is a dump.

Hotel and surrounding area were very sketchy. Multiple homeless people hanging around the area. Sink was leaking. Bathroom was dirty. Sheets and lamps looked like they were staying with bodily fluids. Front desk didn’t seem to know anything and refused to give me more than the one towel that was in my room. Vending machine didn’t work.. ice machine didn’t work. Hotel had an indoor pool, but it was closed. TV looked like it was from the 1990s. Selection at breakfast was terrible and the bread was stale. I booked this property because it was a Wyndham property and I had hopes that it would be decent but it simply was terrible. Very disappointed in my stay.

The room was cold, cold air was coming in the window, the card we were given to unlock the door didn't work, we were only given enough towels for two people, and we had three people. The vending machines were empty.

Upon arrival and check in I couldn't get in my room front desk had to come up and unlock it for me the door was broken somehow and on the inside of the door there was no lock to keep people out if something were to actually happen there was only a waffle maker and Cheerios for breakfast with some white bread there were stains on the sheet and the room wasn't very clean upon arrival either TV looked like the picture was going on in it so it was very blurry hard to see overall was just not a very good stay

The most disgusting hotel first floor flooded out and they knew about it but still put me into a first floor room. I had to get up about 11:45pm and go ask for a new room to go up to the second floor. That place is so dead I wouldn’t recommend anyone it’s horrible & disgusting.

My stay was very comfortable and Raj that was working the front desk was very nice and he worked with me on an issue I had which he didn't have to he is very pleasant and nice and met all our needs and accommodated this well nice clean Place big nice room and very reasonable repriced as well thumbs up

Not good. They said they had a pool but was down for maintenance and on could tell if has not been used for quite awhile. Only had one towel in the room ask for another bath towel and all they had was one small pool towel and the breakfast all there was six pieces of toast about half a bowl of cereal in the container and coffee and juice

The area is pretty sketchy around the hotel. The building is in awful shape, with the pool shut down and the rooms and dining area barely clean. The breakfast was white bread and milk. Nothing else. I forgot toothpaste and asked for some at the front desk. I was told they don’t carry it and cannot help me. The barebones was too much for this hotel. Highly recommend skipping and paying a few more bucks to stay somewhere better

Good budget friendly quick stay
We stayed one night and it was a good one night stay place if you just need a lay your head. Pool has been broke for a long time so dont book if you want/need that. The rooms are basic and are pretty clean. The room i was in had a missing outlet cover next to the bed with the lamps plugged into that. The shower was clean and had amazing water pressure but didnt drain well.

After our stay at the Oyo in Moline the night before, AmericInn felt like a palace! Very clean, accommodating and we had what we needed in our rooms. We did have to ask for towels and then ask again and then find the hotel staff in the laundry room to get the towels. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

The hotel was ran down and dirty. The pool was empty and the free breakfast was an absolute joke. There was corn flakes a couple gallons of milk, apple juice, and a waffle maker. The room was okay, tho I am itchy from something there…the lady at the desk seemed bothered if anyone asked for anything. The guys puking in the parking lot when we arrived set the tone for the whole stay. Stay elsewhere

Room was dirty, stains on bedding. Found some type of bug on the pillow. Bathtub was dirty. New room we were moved to wasn’t any cleaner. Hair and debris all in the dresser, stains on the chair. Advertised a hot breakfast but the only option was one type of cold cereal. Waffle mix was empty and was told they couldn’t put anymore out. Just all around a horrible experience. 10/10 would not recommend!

It shows a pool and breakfast included. The pool has been down for over a year. Breakfast was a joke really. Waffles, stale cereal, and coffee. One morning they were out of waffle mix and a loaf of bread was thrown on the counter. Had to request another room. First one had ripped curtains and mold growing on them. We will never stay there again

This hotel was very filthy.. The pool was closed, spit wads completely covered the ceiling fan in the bathroom, room was dirty, the hall and lobby areas were really dirty, and the room made me cringe some.. I have stayed at many nice Americinns, but this one was terrible. The breakfast area did not have anything there except toast and dry cereal, the liquid coffee creamers were rotten.. I would tell anyone wanting to stay here, DON'T.

Honestly, this place was terrible. So dirty, could not shower because the drain didn’t work correctly so the bath tub filled up far too quick, stains on sheets, lamps didn’t work, microwave was dirty, I could go on & on.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had
Not good customer service. 2 towels in a room for 4 people. No washcloths. No kleenex/tissues. Clerk literally said word for word, "We have no towels," but when I pushed how they can be a hotel with no towels they brought me two stained pool towels that looked like rags to use instead. Pool was closed and appears to have been closed for a very long time. Mold in shower. Dead bug in room. Smelled like thick smoke and we had to air out the room. Apparently cereal and mild constitutes breakfast. Just a really uncomfortable stay. It might have been a little easier to handle if the staff was polite or acted like they wanted to be helpful.

I’ve been to plenty of motels in my lifetime but this one was definitely the worst. The outside of the motel should’ve been repainted as you could tell it used to be a Fairfield motel but the sign out front says AmericInn. It cost us $92 to book the room online and we had to pay an additional $100 when we checked in. We chose this motel because it had a pool but even that wasn’t available for use. The door to the lobby got stuck on the flooring so it had to be pulled shut. We could tell the floors hadn’t been properly vacuumed and the elevator smelled like melted crayons. The room was decent sized (deluxe king bed) but there was a few stained spots on the sheets. We found ticks on the floor in the bathroom. The ice machine was also unavailable for use. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I definitely suggest (to anyone wanting to stay here) that you book somewhere else. This place isn’t worth the $192 we had to spend for just one night.
