Très bel hôtel, propre, agréable
L'hôtel et les services proposés sont très bien. J'étais venu plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel dans les années 2010-2015, rien n'a vraiment changé, hormis un rafraîchissement, mais le rapport qualité/prix a à mon avis baissé (prix plus élevés par rapport aux services restés stables, voire inférieurs).

Dommage, je n y retournerais pas !
Tout d abord les point positifs : L hôtel est super beau, beau jardin bien entretenu par les jardiniers ! Les chambres sont biens et confortable. Le ménage est bien fait et les serviettes sont changés tous les jours. La Nourritures est très bonnes au buffets et au grill et au japonais pas les autres et les spectacles le soir sont aussi très bien . La plage est bien dommage en août il y est plein de sargasses donc on peu pas se baigner et ne sont pas ramassés. Les piscines sont belles dans leur design. Le club enfants super! Les filles au top!!!! Maintenant les négatifs et pourquoi je n y retournerais pas : Les services de restaurations !!!!! Juste horrible pas tous heureusement mais pas mal de femmes et au buffet du haut (pas celui de la plage) Aucun sourire , les personnes qui places sont désagréables donne des tables pas faites et sales alors qu il y en a d autre, il manque toujours quelques chose sur la table et quand on demande quelque chose comme Du vin cela arrive limite à la fin du repas… Jonathan était super et un autre petit monsieur qui cours vite 😅👍 Bref repas plutôt stressant et énervant!!!! Le gourmet n est pas un gourmet dommage juste la même nourriture que le buffet juste un peu mieux décoré et encore les déserts un peu une honte!!!! Le mexicain pas bon ! L insonorisation des chambre , on attend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir ! Dommage ! La piscine attention pas de maillots de bain blanc ou claire sinon ils finisse jaune….

Tres bon sejour,cadre magnifique.Hormis les excursions organisées, il est compliqué de sortir pour aller en ville.Buffet abondant en espérant qu'il n'y ait pas un gachis consequent. Club enfant très bien,animateurs à l'écoute des enfants (parle français).Spectacles des soirées, variés et de tres bonne qualité. Personnel agréable, avec quelques loupés,surtout le placement au buffet principal:table attribuée non dressée, ou à moitié. Lenteur au service des boissons ( café au petit petit-déjeuner arrivé 20 mn apres la prise de commande). En résumé, un bon hotel,pour un sejour en famille.

Très bel hôtel qui mérite pleinement des 5 étoiles. Le colonial club adult only est a proximité de toutes activités et restauration. Chambre spacieuse. Merci a notre majordome Nelson qui a répondu positivement à nos demandes. Merci a Miru au bar sur la petite place pour sa gentillesse. Idem pour Luis et Catherine au bar de la piscine. Pour les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport de Punta Cana n hésitez pas à solliciter les ubers beaucoup moins cher que les taxis ( compter 15$ aller pour vous rendre au majestic.) Attention cependant les uber peuvent rentrer dans les ressorts pour vous y déposer mais il vous faut aller à la barrière de l hôtel pour prendre votre uber. Nourriture variée et très bonne au buffet principal. Plage grande et eau transparente. Enjoy!

Excellent hôtel. Autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Des vacances sans soucis, tout à disposition. Nourriture excellente, boissons alcool de qualité. Personnel agréable et professionnel du début à la fin. Spectacles activités de qualité. Les enfants ont adorés le Kids Club. L'hôtel est propre et très bien entretenu. Le buffet, les restaurants sont excellents. L'hôtel est magnifique, les piscines sont propres et très agréables. Honnêtement il vaut ses 5 étoiles. Nous voyageons souvent et nous sommes objectifs. Nous y retournerons probablement et le recommandons à 100%

Everything was really perfect! The quality and the choice of the food and the drinks were awesome. The all in inclusive in general was perfect. All of the accommodations and equipments were awesome (pool, beach, the restaurants, the bars etc.). And above all of this, all of the staff and the employees were all very very kind and nice! 🙂

Très belle localisation. Du personnel souriant et extrêmement serviable. Un service de major-d’homme incroyable. Des chambres très confortables et une bonne literie. Un peu de bousculades sur la plage avec des réservations de transats honteuses dès 6:00 du matin. Et sommes toutes, une plage étroite pour la taille de l’hôtel. Nourriture correcte sans plus. J’y retournerai dans hésiter.

Un bon séjour
Très bel hôtel mais on voit que l’entretien n’est du matériel n’est pas fait , le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas , la douche non plus… et la chambre n’était pas impeccable. La plage est très belle et ils la nettoient régulièrement. L’ambiance est très sympa et l’équipe d’animation au top. Le guest service est très à l’écoute et efficace. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

Pour notre 4ème séjour la déception est au RDV Service moyen, personnel peu enclin, baisse en gamme des cocktails et des restaurants à la carte et le MUST : si vous finalisez votre paiement sur place 1€=1$ et là, le dialogue est compliqué et opaque!! Un coffre hs tout au long du séjour ; signifié au 2ème jour et idem après 10 jours... Prestations sérieuses au SPA

Bien pour l'extérieur mais pas pour la chambre
Check in et chek out rapides. Mais ce que je n'ai pas aimé c'est le manque de barres pour les serviettes, alors vous vous l'avez et vous les mettez où ? De même pour faire sécher les maillots de bain, rien ! Imaginez, au rez-de-chaussée, avec un balcon ouvert ! Pour le grand lit, 2 lits collés avec literie trop petite donc superposition de tout et n'importe quoi ! Le jacuzzi faisait beaucoup de bruit, même éteint, problème signalé mais non résolu,donc problème pour dormir. Heureusement le reste était OK !

We had water leak in our room, they had limited choices when it came to dining we were placed on the first floor where the staff work area was so we had no privacy any staff member could look into our room.

My wife and I had a wonder time. The staff was great. The entertainment staff was really good at what they do. Restaurants also was good. Great time. CMt wait to come back.

The room service was great, the bed was comfy. The atmosphere was incredible. Our butler on the club side was the best, he setup the room with romantic stuff to surprise my wife for our anniversary. The pool is well kept and there is always activities going on for adults and kids.

The jacuzzi in the room was able to fit 2 people and the pool access in the back was nice. There were plenty of places to get food and drinks.

This property was beautiful, clean, and the staff was friendly! The only downside to this facility was that while checking in, myself, and others were told that there was no room at the hotel we booked at, and that they were going to place us at one of their other hotels for the night, and would see if there was availability for the rest of our stay. However, in doing so, we lost a lot of time moving things back and forth that could have been used relaxing.

I would say the place was nice. First time here so not an expert. Personally we are a fan of Puerto Vallarta a little more. Food options were descent - I would not say excellent but good. Plenty of pool space I thought. Drinks were good. Beach was nice.

Travelled with our 2 kids 8-10 years. We stayed at an ocean view room with indoor jacuzzi. Room was lavish with a good sized balcony facing the ocean.Bit of old school charm to the rooms, may seem outdated if you aren’t a fan. Pros One of the longest pools running the length of the property. Plenty of bars to grab a cocktail without waiting more than couple minutes. Bar staff were great. Quite a few activities in the pool and beach side that kids can join in (pool exercises, dances, foam party..) Kids club at the front is a bunch of splash pools with slides, but quite fun for kids under 14-15. We never dropped ours off as there were no lifeguards, and the staff didn’t seem to hang around the pool. Beach was a bit wavy, but clean and we enjoyed it. Water activities can be purchased (parasailing, banana boat..) Cons Food while available and plenty, wasn’t great considering the length of the stay. Most buffets (main, international..) felt the same. Matsuri the Japanese restaurant was a welcome change (need to reserve a day ahead at least) Guest services was useless. Suggest that you read reviews like this else you’ll find it hard to learn about the property when you are there. If you have beachfront rooms, be prepared for a bit of walk to the front desk/guest services. No one picks the phone for any issues.

Everything was great. The check in process for the club could use improvement. I felt like I wasted half a day sitting in the club to get checked in. This needs to be more organized and quicker!
