Hotel avec bel accès à la plage et belle piscine.
Mon mari et moi allions pour deux nuits avant notre retour au Canada. J'avais réservé une chambre et on nous a donné une chambre en arrière sans balcon et aucune vue sur la mer. Il y avait une senteur d'humidité à notre arrivée.

Directement sur la plage
Nous avons adoré cet endroit. Le personnel a été d'un respect et d'une courtoisie exceptionnelle. Nous y avons trouvé une ambiance presque familiale avec les autres personnes qui occupaient cet endroit même si ils ne parlaient le français. Nous le recommandons chaudement à tous ceux qui veulent un séjour tranquille et relaxant. Pour la vie nocturne il n'y a qu'à prendre un taxi ( 85 pesos) pour se rendre à Bucerias où il y a plein de restos (beach bar) très sympathiques et pas cher du tout. Pas de problème de sécurité mais alors vraiment pas du tout!

Hotel tres bien entretenu, pas trop grand complexe mais tellement confortable et le personnel vraiment gentil. Tres beau jardin et tres belle piscine egalement. Le calme total. A recommander! On a beaucoup apprecie.

Bel hôtel, avec belle piscine, et nourriture très correcte. Les chambres sont confortables, mais attention, certaines en bas de gamme sont très mal situées (bruit infernal de la clim de l'hôtel d'en face). Mais personnel agréable et arrengeant.

Hotel Bel Air Resort Collection à Nuevo Vallarta
L'hotel en lui même est très agréable, peut-être un peu loin de Puerto Vallarta mais on peut s'y rendre très facilement en voiture. La piscine et même l'océan sont accessibles aux enfants en bas âge, ce qui est très pratique et sécurisant. Par contre, il y a un buffet pour tous les repas et il manque sérieusement de variété, de plus la cuisine n'est pas exceptionnelle...

Horrible experience. There was no hot water or Ac, the phone in the room was not working. Food and services was the worst. I would never recommend this place.

They are in the middle of a building project and have let the rest of the facilities in poor condition. We did not get the room we booked. After changing room 3 times, we gave up.

Lo mejor el personal todos muy amables :)
La alberca, la barra, la comida todo muy bien el trato del personal excelente todos muy amables Hubo un problema entre la pagina y el hotel con mi reservacion y nos hicieron esperar como una hora en pleno calor luego nos dieron otra habitacion y tuvimos que pagar mas dinero el hotel estaba en remodelacion y eso fue un poco frustante.

Poor quality for the price !!!!
I went for a wedding and over all the people some of them very nice but the rules around make people uncomfortable! The room that I reserve according to the pictures of the website not even close, ugly and very old I have to complain to get something better. The room was dirty during my stay no broom or mop were inside my room !!!!!! The food the last day were horrendous!!! The bedding sheets and in general old and not clean. The wedding for me as a Guest's opinión need improvement from the wedding planner of the hotel because the bride and groom trust that person and her abilities and experience since they were far away to control all the aspects of the wedding! Very bad attention for the wedding guests before the reception. They mark people like who were allow to drink something before the party start.

Una verdadera decepción
Los cuartos son anticuados; el aire acondicionado goteaba en el primer cuarto que me dieron (estaba a punto de caerse una parte del techo), a las 7:30 me levantaron con ruidos de lo que parece ser una máquina cortacésped; está todo lleno de polvo debido a una construcción contigua; el elevador no funcionaba y el estado de las habitaciones es lamentable. La peor estancia en años.

The room was very small. Uncomfortable bed. Room needs a do over, looks pretty sad, and so dark. Wanted a better room or we would check out, they offered one at three times the price...........no thanks. Also t.v. had one Spanish station and no English channels. Asked for a bottle opener, & told there would be one in the room, but, no, there wasn't. At least a quarter mile walk to bar and back to the room with an opener, which had to be returned.

I was a little disappointed in the hotel for the price. The rooms are small and outdated. The TV remote didn't work upon my arrival, but they fixed it. AC could not be set lower than 25 degrees Celsius, 77F. Bathroom sink drained slowly. The accidentally charged my card for 7,800 US dollars before I pointed out the mistake and they corrected it and charged me that amount in pesos. The room key didn't work at first when I got to my room. Shower curtain was cloth and got soaked every time I used it. Lots of construction on site at this time. Parking is very tight and they were close to running out of spots. Nothing really major went wrong, but it was just a bunch of little paper cuts along the way. If I could do it over again, I would have stayed somewhere else for the amount of money I spent on the place.

It was good stay once they gave us a good room because of problems with the air conditioner. Food is okay gets boring quick would recommend eating out more. Good restaurants around and Puerto Vallarta only a cheap cab ride away. Resort was quite and easy to get to the pool and beach. Service was excellent for the most part. I would recommend getting ocean view it's the only way to go.

Great pool and staff. My only complaint would be our room was tiny with no balcony. We had a room that faced the Riu and was directly across from its air conditioning unit very noisy to say the least. We had a ground floor room with parking spots facing our window car headlights would shine in got pretty annoying. people loading up their vehicles milling about right outside our window very annoying. The we room we stayed in shouldn't be a room for guests it should be a utility room due to its poor location if you get room #3103 start complaining immediately. Don't get me wrong the resort is great. My wife and I don't spend much time in our room so I didn't say anything I also am not one to waste my time standing in line to see if we can get another room so I deal but after a week it got a little old. Our room wasvery clean and cozy when it was quiet. The beach is great here. lots of good restaurants fairly close to the the resort in Bucerias. This was my wife's and my 8th time to PV and we had a great time as always just wish our room had a better location. Thank you to Jose, Ricardo and all of the staff for making our stay fun, relaxing and all around great.

Building a new building.
The construction makes for a bit of noise. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is a nice start to the day. Dinner was a disappointment. Worst wines we have ever been served. A wine list and a new bottle are recommended.

All you need. An affordable vacation on the beach
We were happy with the size of fridge, presence of a microwave, coffee maker, blender and hot plate. These things gave us so much more choice in our vacation, for example, whether or not we wanted to go out for breakfast or have a smoothie, or make a Pina Colada. Service is friendly and prompt. Food is good and affordable. The ponds around the building are full of beautiful fish and turtles and fountains. The pool is clean and a comfortable temperature--swim up bar. The only complaint I would have is that people throw towels on the chairs around the pool to "reserve" them. There are many, many chairs, very few occupied but none available. I wish they would post signs telling people not to leave towels unattended or they will be taken and, held at the towel booth, thus opening up chairs.

Property nice -- but room unexceptiable! Floors were dirty to the extent your feet were black. Standard room very small--no couch or lounge chair. We didn't have daily maid service even though should have had clean towels and linens. Came one night at 7:30 pm to clean room! Too late. Common areas well kept and clean. Pool area very nice and staff at restaurant very friendly. Bellmen also very friendly and efficient They were exceptional

Very lovely hotel located right on the beach
I am kind of mixed about my experience. The hotel was very nice and the room was good. However when we booked I thought we upgraded to a room that would have some kind of an ocean view according to their website, they placed us in a room over looking a construction yard with lots of constriction noise included. I would have been better to give us a heads up. I would suggest if you want to book this hotel, make sure you know what you are getting.

El hotel en estos momentos esta en construcción lo que es un poco molesto. Algunas toallas de alberca ya viejas. El estacionamiento muchas veces lleno. Jacuzzis no todos en buen funcionamiento, Masajes del spa se cobran en dolares. Por otra parte, buena limpieza de la habitación , la alberca es amplia y agradable, muchas actividades para niños y adultos. La playa está limpia y segura.

Hotel descuidado y viejo
El hotel esta muy caro para lo que es. Las instalaciones estan viejas y descuidadas y los cuartos y los baños bastante viejos y descuidados. Las coladeras tapadas los mosquiteros rotos y mucho ruido por la ibta q estan llevando a cabo dentro del hotel. La comida de muy mala calidad. El gerente nuna respondio a nuestras llamadas.

Bottle of perfume stolen from my suitcase!!
This was the WORST experience ever!!! Hotel has MASSIVE construction. The room was a vacation nightmare. Way too small, dark, moldy smell, broken shutters with a view to another hotels air conditioner unit. We had to upgrade and the front desk services were not nice. No hello when we got there. Unwelcome feeling. I had my brand new bottle of perfume stolen out of my suitcase. The manager could care less. The pool was SO LOUD! Horrible music and overcrowded. We left to another beach because there was no place for us to sit and relax. Sitting by the beach on those filthy disgusting chairs was an absolute NO! I promise you, you can find much better. The kitchen table in the room was crawling with ants. Saw a cockroach crawling behind the TV in our bedroom. Clogged bathroom sink. No towels when we got to the room. The air vents were full of thick dust like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The ceiling fans were very noisy. They said partial view of the ocean and we had no view whatsoever. Please do yourselves a favor and find a different hotel.

The lay out of the grounds was perfect, but due to building new additions at 5 in the morning, making repairs on everything, trying to clean your room at the crack of dawn, ants in our bed when we arrived, and playing really loud music by the pool was over all stressful and not how a resort should feel. Even with an upgraded room and incredible staff...Never again.

Horribly Rude Hotel Staff, Loud Construction
Our room was located in the construction part of the hotel. We asked for a new room and was told there were none. We finally got a new room but they charged us $400 extra and we still ended up sleeping 3 of us in a king size bed. Don't bother staying here, you're better off staying at Paradise Village.

Pool is very small and the jacuzzi is old fashion
It was okay, rooms where very small, the king bed was too big for the room, I rented two room and request a double room, but received to separate rooms far away from each other

Hotel decepcionante
Esto sucedió la última semana de mayo 2016. El 1er día no teníamos jabón para bañarnos, después de ir por horas en carretera hacia las vacaciones. Lo llevaron 40 minutos después y eso porque mi esposo bajó enojadísimo a reclamar a lobby. La recamarera de la tarde al llegar a la habitación aventó los productos (shampoo y jabón) a las manos de mi esposo sin dirigir palabra alguna ni una disculpa. Esta misma mujer, al día siguiente supuestamente lleva pastel de cortesía. Al tocar, pasó a lo mucho 1 minuto en abrirle y se le avisó que en un momento se le abriría, ésta desesperada se sube al elevador y le grita a mi esposo que "como no le abrió..." acto seguido, se trepa al elevador y se larga la mujer. La gente de lobby incubrió a esta misma mujer aún y cuando se puso el correspondiente reporte de su mala actitud al cliente. Pésima atención a los clientes, se enfocan más en los extranjeros y sus eventos como las bodas. La comida del restaurant (que está con vista al mar) no tiene sabor, no nos gustó. El restaurant de sushi, está bueno pero carísimo. La verdad las peores vacaciones en este hotel que dejó mucho qué desear...

Me gustaria tuvieran otra alberca manejan mucha poblacion para una alberca... asi como mas camastros son muy pocos y la gente aparta desde temprano

Linda vista pero pésima comida
Instalaciones bien, estacionamiento pequeño para la capacidad, Internet lento, poca variedad en bebidas en bar, comida que deja mucho que desear y además cara! El precio que pague por todo en general ya viendo esos detalles se me hizo excesivo al final. Me parece que hay mejores opciones de hospedaje. Las bodas que tienen también llegan a incomodar la vista de los huéspedes en la alberca y al final se convierte en evento público!!!
