This was a very disappointing experience as the hotel used to be better.
First, we weren’t able to access the garage. When we asked someone to let us enter, we were asked for a garage reservation! This should have been mentioned in the hotel description but was not! At check in, we enquired about a secured outside spot, but were told by a rather unfriendly lady that none were available. However, when we returned to the hotel after midnight, at least half of the spots were available! This was very frustrating as we were forced to park on the street away from the hotel. This could have been a security issue as the streets were deserted and the area did not seem very safe.
The room did not leave a good impression either as it was cold, came with a severely stained towel, had very uncomfortable pillows, offered a TV the size of a large book, had no power outlet by the bed, and showed signs of aging.
We will not return!
