Had a great stay. Clean, great location, really nice rooms and amenities very close. There is nice pools and a really good atmosphere. Would stay again any time.

Loved it so much we’ve already booked to stay again in April 2024 and January 2025! The property is in a great location, staff were lovely, very accommodating and great with our kids. Despite the issues due to recent floods everyone had a smile on their face and no request was too much. Thank you Mantra Portsea!

staff were lovely and our room was super nice and clean with easy access to the pool which we loved the resort was beautiful and would definitely recommend to friends

Great location Great Pool / pool Bar
Found our poolside access from room 7 great 😎 Comfy bed , great shower /spa Good pool / pool bar / general amenities Lack of handtowel/ face washer / tea towel was not ideal ….. or getting one fresh towel token over a 5 day stay ? This needs reviewing if your not daily service then at least don’t charge for fresh towels ? Staff all very friendly .

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were nice and is a lovely place, however the state of our room was not great. The blanket on the bed and bath towels had stains on them, the floor had not been cleaned properly and it was clear that not everything gets wiped over very often with dust build up on shelves and hairdryer in the bathroom.

The room was clean but very small. Not enough room for two people to sit down except on the bed. Make sure to book a room with a balcony

I particularly liked to closeness to generally everything - shops, restaurants, beach, golf course and even the wharf for the Great Barrier Reef departure - all within walking distance.

This resort played loud music for 7 hours every day. We complained and the staff did nothing The floors were dirty and there were no face washers in the bathrooms, we complained and were told there was a problem with the supplier There are no eggs at breakfast We stayed there some years ago when it was much better however we don't be returning

Front reception staff , Larissa was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and bubbly. Pool bar staff also amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved the resort overall.

Such a relaxing place to stay in Port Douglas with such friendly staff. Bus transfers to town or an easy walk in which we did for dinner every night. Nice breakfast choices at the buffet and amazing pools. Can’t wait to come back in future

There were issues with room allocation, we booked two rooms for our family but we were given rooms on different levels and opposite ends. Also, there was no water available in one of the rooms for 24 hours so we took showers in one room and then returned to the other room.

The room was large and a great place to relax while going in-between the pool and down the main street. the staff members we very helpful with information and shuttle buses. Housekeeping only comes Once a week and to be honest that wasn't a bad thing, you clean up after yourself. Only issue was the 2 days no hot water which was quickly actioned and then monitored.

Once I got the right room it was heaven. Very comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Loved that it had several pools around the resort to choose from and also close to the beach. Location great. Will definitely stay there again.
