1 nuit à pocattello, l'hôtel est tres viellot mais est beaucoup plus confortable que les chaînes d'hôtel bon marché des usa. Chambre propre avec une bonne literie. Connexion wifi gratuite et petit déjeuner à volonté. Je recommande cet hôtel en face de l'université.

The breakfast was good. our rooms were somewhat clean however there were blood stains on one of the pillow cases and the bathtub was rusty and needed to be re-surfaced. The smoke detector was damaged. The staff acted like they didn't understand english.

This hotel was by far the dirtiest and stinkiest hotel we have ever entered. The walk up the stairs to the room shpuld have been where we turned around- the stairs looked like they have not been cleaned in months. There is no elevator either. We opened the door to our room and it was dim and dirty with a stain on the floor. The box spring was exposed and there was a smell we can't describe but it was not pleasant at all. We didn't even put pur bags down and turned around and asked for a refund. The front desk guy said he would refund us and I received an email showing I was charged 3 separate times! I then called the front desk and another guy answered and couldn't even pull up the booking with the confirmation number. I then called corporate customer care and they said they would expedite an email to the general manager of the hotel and gave me an email to also contact him and havent heard anything back.

Valued Guest, A security deposit of 200.00 was charged to Visa card ending in 0254 on 02/14/2024. The refund for the deposit was initiated on 02/16/2024 to be refunded to the same Visa card. It usually takes about 3 business days for those funds to become available depend on the bank. I emailed you a copy of your Folio as well as the refund receipt showing same. No room service
I get to the room after work and it hadn’t been cleaned from the customer before and I went to get a different room and the next room I got was even worst then the first! But after the third I got a live able room. They did not have any room service during my stay

STAY AWAY!!!
My room was not cleaned 1 time in the 2 weeks i was there. There was blood on the pillow and comforter when i checked in. I had to buy my own toilet paper and wash my own towels and linens. Only reason i stayed is due to a situation.

The manager was a little hard to understand. I called from out of town because of the storm approaching, I was going to be late, and wanted someone else that I was sharing my room with to check in. They did what I asked, but gave us a SMALLER, *ONE BED* ROOM, not the *2 beds* I paid extra for! The room was disgusting, dirty, there was a ton of facial hair in the bathroom sink drain and a green slime ring around the tub and drain. I could tell it hadn't been cleaned. The water from the tub faucet was pouring all round the faucet for some reason, (which at least the water was hot...). Bed was a bit hard but what can ya say. TV was OK. Heater worked and got hot fast but was a little stuffy smelling.
