La classe et le confort
Nous avons apprécié l'endroit pour lequel nous avons bénéficié d'un deal exceptionnel. Mais, ce genre d'endroit s'accompagne souvent de frais pour des services supplémentaires : le stationnement, l'Internet, le petit-déjeuner. C'est à 50 minutes de San Francisco.

I didn't have a long stay (just 1 nite) as I was participating in a Trade Show the next day. The rooms were nice and clean. I did order room service and my salad came without chicken as requested; I didn't call since it was late eve and I decided to eat dinner. The bed was a little hard for my taste and the pillows were huge. I didn't use them because they were so high but they looked nice. The event for ASSP was held the next morning and the venue was great for that show as I was an exhibitor. I usually stay at Marriott for business and will continue to do so. thanks.

Excellent customer service
This is a pretty clean, organized, beautiful hotel. We came for 2nights of girl's get together at another location but we all stayed here, we were all taken care of. The customer service was top notch & I am picky, so when I say its good its pretty good. Every staff made sure were were taken care of. Fyi: wifi & Parking are not free, but I was ok with that, so no big deal.

The housekeeping kept knocking on my door even after I put the do not Disturb she kept implying when I was checking out looking at her watch I asked if there was a problem as it’s only 9am . Such a terrible and annoying experience . I’ve stayed her twice too

Nice grounds, could use more signage. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the roof top mechanical equipment all running 24/7. It may not have been so loud in our room if our slider door would have closed & locked (not safe!). We also could not get our heater to warm our room. It was very chilly last night. Lighting is poor for older eyes & magnifying mirror would be appreciated. Rooms are nicely appointed.

Although this property is newly remodeled, we found the staff to be totally unconcerned about our report of no hot water to shower or bath. I ran the water at least 5 minutes before it began to marginally get warm, my husband tried to shower with no hot water. When reporting this issue, all we got was well no one else has complained! No offer of refunding a portion of the fee or anything. Just a blank stare and no concern for the issue. We left the hotel not being able to clean up or use the water facilities since there was no hot water. Nor do they tell you if the window is open none of the a/c or heating units work. We had to discover this ourselves!

Great location, is near shopping and restaurants and easy freeway access. Hotel is in need of updating, but overall was fine. Nothing spectacular. Rooms were clean and nice. Lobby obviously had an AC issue, the heat was on and was very hot. But didn’t affect Rooms. Didn’t like the bar hours, only open very briefly for couple hours. Overall was good.

Too damn Hot and shower door doesn’t work
Unbearably, hot on the first floor. Just terrible. Felt bad for the lobby staff who had to work in it. It was at least 10 degrees hotter than outside (90 degrees). Our room was decent however the shower door does not remain closed. The railing wasn’t balanced so the door would not remain close and continuous slide open while showering. Extremely frustrating as well as the AC capped at 68, a first floor room while the remainder of the floor was bad. Thins walls. Heard someone business call as well as another parties disagreement.

Great location. Across the street is a nice trail with a little lake to walk around, it’s quite beautiful during the evening. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is recently renovated, stylish, smells very good and has everything you would need. Would stay here again.
